BAKAL LIBATKAN KOMUNITAS, GALAKKAN 3 M DI KOTA PROBOLINGGO

MAYANGAN - Kedatangan pejabat kepolisian Kota Probolinggo bersama jajarannya, Kamis (3/8) di Kampung Tangguh Semeru (Sehat, Aman, Tertib dan Rukun) Wirosecang disambut suka cita warga sekitar. Wirosecang RT 02 RW 02 merupakan salah satu Kampung Tangguh Semeru di wilayah Kota Probolinggo beralamatkan di Jalan Brawijaya, Kelurahan Wiroborang.

Wali Kota Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin yang hadir bersama Kapolresta Probolinggo Kota AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya, Dandim 0820 Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo sempat meninjau kolam lele. Agenda siang itu, forkopimda bersama warga KTS Wirosecang menyimak arahan Wakapolri Komjen Gatot Eddy Pramono dalam acara kunjungan kerjanya di wilayah Jawa Timur melalui video conference (vidcon) penerapan protokol kesehatan.

km tangguh2Di Jawa Timur terdapat sekitar 1.500 Kampung Tangguh Semeru (KTS), yang merupakan kolaborasi antara Polri, TNI dengan masyarakat, dengan tujuan membangun kemampuan dan kemandirian di tengah masyarakat kampung dalam rangka memerangi COVID 19. Nantinya KTS tidak lagi mengharapkan support dan pendampingan dari pemerintah, sehingga mereka benar-benar mandiri mengurus kampung masing-masing untuk memerangi COVID 19.

Dalam sambutannya, Kapolda Jatim Irjen Pol DR. M. Fadil Imran mengatakan dibutuhkan sinergitas antara TNI, Polri, pemerintah dan seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam menekan penyebaran COVID 19 yang masih tak terkendali itu. Fadil menginformasikan demografis wilayah Jawa Timur serta menjelaskan jumlah sebaran kasus COVID 19 dan tingkat kesembuhannya.

“Upaya-upaya yang sudah dilakukan oleh Polda Jawa Timur adalah membangun inovasi Kampung Tangguh Semeru yang telah diadopsi Bapak Kapolri dan sudah diterapkan secara nasional menjadi Kampung Tangguh Nusantara. Lebih dari itu Jawa Timur juga menggalakan Jatim Bermasker sesuai instruksi Presiden Joko Widodo dan Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Drs. Idham Azis,” kata Fadil.

Dalam kesempatan itu juga diberikan pemberian santunan dan tali asih kepada keluarga almarhum (anggota kepolisian) yang meninggal akibat COVID 19. Santunan juga diberikan kepada petugas pemulasaran jenasah COVID 19. Selain itu, diberikan bantuan alat-alat medis pada sepuluh rumah sakit bhayangkara di Jawa Timur.

km tangguh3“Diharapkan Indonesia sehat, tumbuh dan bekerja melalui aspek kesehatan dan aspek ekonominya. Aspek kesehatannya dengan 3 M (mencuci tangan, menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak) sehingga dapat menggerakan aspek ekonominya (perdagangan, perekonomian, jasa) sebelum vaksin COVID 19 ditemukan,” ucap Wakapolri sekaligus Wakil Ketua Pelaksana II Komite Penanganan COVID 19 dan Pemulihan Ekomoni Nasional (PC PEN) Komjen Gatot Eddy Pramono.

Sementara itu ditemui usai vidcon, Kapolres Probolinggo Kota AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya mengatakan sesuai instruksi wakapolri, ia beserta 3 pilar siap melaksanakan 3 M di wilayah Kota Probolinggo. “Nantinya akan kita terapkan 3 M di wilayah Kota Probolinggo, bentuknya dikaitkan dengan kampung tangguh, gereja tangguh, masjid tangguh, perusahaan tangguh, sekolah tangguh, pondok pesantren tangguh yang berbasis komunitas,” ucap pria kelahiran Banyuwangi itu.

Ia mencontohkan pimpinan komunitas ditunjuk sebagai pucuk pengendali pelaksanaan 3 M, seperti pengurus pasar, takmir masjid , manajemen perusahaan, kepala sekolah. Selebihnya ia mengharapkan masyarakat Kota Probolinggo lebih aware bermasker.

Turut pula dalam giat itu Kepala Pol PP Agus Efendi, Camat Mayangan M. Abas, Lurah Wiroborang Diardono Utamaning, Wakapolres Kompol Teguh Firman serta sejumlah pejabat, Bhabinkantibmas, Babinsa dan pemuda-pemudi tangguh KTS Wirosecang. (dewi)

 


The arrival of Probolinggo City police officials and their staff on Thursday (3/8) at resilient village Kampung Tangguh Semeru (KTS) Wirosecang was greeted with joy from residents. KTS Wirosecang RT 02 RW 02 is one of the resilient villages in Probolinggo city.

Mayor Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin who was present with the Probolinggo City Police Chief AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya, and Military District Commander Dandim 0820, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Imam Wibowo, had a chance to see the catfish pond. On the agenda, the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) together with the residents of KTS Wirosecang listened to the direction of the Deputy National Police Chief, Comr. Gen. Gatot Eddy Pramono, during his work visit to East Java through a video conference with the application of health protocol in priority.

In East Java, 1,500 Kampung Tangguh Semeru (KTS) is available, a collaboration between the National Police, the TNI, and the community, to build capability and independence among village communities to combat COVID-19. The villages are expected to be independent, without the support and assistance from the government, so that they can independently take care of their respective villages to combat COVID-19.

In his speech, the East Java Regional Police Chief, Inspector General of Police, DR. M. Fadil Imran said that synergy was needed between the TNI, Polri, government, and all social levels in controlling the spread of COVID-19. Fadil informed the demographics of the East Java region and explained the number of cases of COVID-19 with an explanation of the rate of recovery.

"The efforts that have been made by the East Java Regional Police are creating the innovation of Kampung Tangguh Semeru which has been adopted by the National Police Chief and has been implemented nationally to become Kampung Tangguh Nusantara. More than that, East Java also promotes the East Java in Masks (Jatim Bermasker) following the instructions of President Joko Widodo and the National Police Chief, General Police Drs. Idham Azis," said Fadil.

On that occasion, compensation and compassion were also given to the family of the deceased (police officers) who died from COVID-19. Compensation was also given to the hospital morgue officers who deal with COVID-19 dead bodies. Besides, medical equipment was provided at ten Bhayangkara hospitals in East Java.

"It is hoped that Indonesia will be healthy, grow, and work through its health and economic aspects. The health aspect is 3 M (washing hands, wearing a mask, and keeping a distance) so that it can move the economic aspects (trade, economy, services) before the COVID-19 vaccine is found," said the Deputy National Police Chief and deputy head of the national economic and COVID-19 recovery committee Comr. Gen. Gatot Eddy Pramono.

Meanwhile, Probolinggo City Police Chief, AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya, said that according to the instructions of the Deputy National Police Chief, the stakeholders are ready to carry out 3 M in the city. "Later we will apply 3M in the city; we will comply 3M with the establishment of resilient villages, resilient churches, resilient mosques, resilient companies, resilient schools, resilient community-based Islamic boarding schools," said the man born in Banyuwangi.

He gave an example that the community leader was appointed to control the implementation of 3M, including market management, mosque caretakers, company management, and school principals. Besides, he hopes that the city residents will be more aware of wearing the mask.

Also present at the event were the Head of Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) Agus Efendi, Head of Mayangan sub-district M. Abas, Head of Wiroborang urban village Diardono Utamaning, Deputy Police Chief, Kompol Teguh Firman, and several officials, Bhabinkantibmas, Babinsa, and KTS Wirosecang teenagers. (alfien_tr)
