PROBOLINGGO – “Kami bersyukur sebagai masyarakat sudah mendapatkan bantuan ini, dan kami memang merasakan dampaknya. Kami warga Jrebeng Lor sangat bersyukur dan terima kasih kepada pemerintah kota,” tutur Imron, warga RT 1 RW 6 Kelurahan Jrebeng Lor, yang kesehariannya berjualan kue di pasar.
Ya, sekitar 20 ribu warga Kota Probolinggo bisa bernafas lega dan sumringah karena pemerintah setempat mulai membagikan bantuan sembako untuk warga terdampak COVID 19. Kamis (7/5) pagi, ada tiga kelurahan yang sudah membagikan bantuan di tahap pertama ini.
Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin, Wawali Mochammad Soufis Subri, Dandim 0820 Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo, Ketua DPRD Abdul Mujib, perwakilan kepolisian dan kejaksaan, Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati dan kepala OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) terkait meninjau berlangsungnya penyaluran sembako jaring pengaman sosial dari APBD Kota Probolinggo tersebut.
Tiga kelurahan yang sudah membagikan bantuan sembako berisi beras 10 kg, mie instan 20 bungkus, minyak 1 liter atau gula 1 kg adalah Kelurahan Jrebeng Lor, Kecamatan Kedopok dengan jumlah penerima 1633 kepala keluarga (KK).
Di kelurahan ini bantuan sembako dibagikan di 11 ruang kelas (sesuai jumlah RW) SD Jrebeng Lor yang berada satu kompleks dengan kelurahan. Undangan dibagi per jam untuk menghindari penumpukan. Skema senada juga diterapkan Kelurahan Triwung Lor, Kecamatan Kademangan (1758 KK).
Sedangkan di Kelurahan Kanigaran, Kecamatan Kanigaran dibagi ke 14 titik sesuai jumlah RW (3725 paket). Di pembagian tahap pertama ini akan berlangsung antara 3 sampai 4 hari ke depan. Untuk mengambil bantuan warga cukup membawa fotokopi KTP dan KK.
Pemantauan hari ini, semua kelurahan menerapkan protokol kesehatan mulai dari wajib bermasker, mengukur suhu badan dengan thermo gun dan mencuci tangan.
Saat roadshow ke tiga kelurahan, Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin menyampaikan beberapa pesan kepada masyarakat. Seperti meminta masyarakat menaati imbauan pemerintah seperti mengunakan masker saat keluar rumah. Kemudian meminta masyarakat berperan aktif untuk membantu pencegahan COVID 19 di lingkungannya.
Habib Hadi juga menegaskan, jika ada warga yang datang dari luar kota diwajibkan untuk menjalani karantina di SMK Negeri 2. “Meskipun itu saudaranya, laporkan ke petugas untuk karantina. Jangan sampai diam-diam,” katanya.
Terkait bantuan sembako yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo, Habib Hadi menjelaskan ada yang berisi beras, mie instan dan gula tetapi ada juga gula diganti minyak goreng. Bantuan ini untuk warga terdampak COVID 19 bagi non ASN-TNI-Polri dan warga yang merasa sudah mampu. Penerima bantuan sembako di lima kecamatan mencapai 40.455 KK. Dengan rincian Kecamatan Mayangan 11.174 KK; Kanigaran 10.098 KK; Kademangan 8058 KK; Wonoasih 6075 KK dan Kedopok 5050 KK.
“Kalau ada yang tidak dapat (dari pemkot) mungkin sudah dapat PKH, BDT atau bantuan dari pusat dan provinsi. Apabila ada yang terlewat tolong disampaikan melalui posko di kelurahan, biar kami perbaiki untuk masuk datanya di pembagian berikutnya,” jelas wali kota.
Wali kota mengestimasikan 40 ribu paket sembako akan diberikan selama tiga bulan, mulai Mei-Juni dan Juli. “Dibilang cukup? Jelas kurang. Tapi mudah-mudahan dapat meringankan beban masyarakat. Mudah-mudahan bermanfaat bagi semuanya. Kalau ada yang bilang lama bantuannya, iya betul karena butuh waktu untuk menyiapkannya,” imbuhnya.
Habib Hadi juga mengajak masyarakat untuk berdoa, beribadah bersama keluarga di rumah agar COVID 19 segera berlalu dan perekonomian kembali pulih. “Tidak berdoa, kita tidak bisa menjalani cobaan ini,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Siti kholifah warga RT 1 RW 2 mengungkapkan rasa syukurnya dengan bantuan yang ia terima pagi itu. “Saya senang sekali menerima bantuan dari Bapak Wali Kota karena kami terdampak sekali di kebutuhan sehari-hari,” kata warga Kelurahan Triwung Kidul ini.
“Alhamdulillah merasa terbantu dan isi paketannya cukup. Pemerintah sudah memperhatikan masyarakat,” menuru Fi’is warga Kelurahan Kanigaran. (famydecta)

20 thousand residents of Probolinggo City are a relief as the local government is starting to distribute assistance to people economically affected by COVID 19. Three urban villages were the first target of distribution starting from Thursday (7/5).
Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin, Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri, Dandim 0820 Lieutenant Colonel Inf Imam Wibowo, DPRD Speaker Abdul Mujib, Police unit and State Prosecutor representatives, Regional Secretary drg Ninik Ira Wibawati and head of the working units in the city administration monitored the distribution of groceries package.
The urban village that has distributed the groceries containing 10 kg of rice, 20 packs of instant noodles, 1 liter of cooking oil, or 1 kg of sugar was Jrebeng Lor urban village, Kedopok Sub-district with a total of 1,633 households.
In this urban village, the groceries are distributed in 11 classrooms of elementary school SDN Jrebeng Lor. The recipients were divided into per hour to apply physical distancing. A similar scheme was also applied by Triwung Lor urban village, Kademangan sub-district (1,758 households).
Meanwhile, in Kanigaran urban village, Kanigaran sub-district, the distribution is divided into 14 points according to the number of neighborhood organizations (3725 packages). The first-stage distribution will last for 3 to 4 days. To take the assistance, the recipients must bring a copy of their ID card and family cards.
Based on the monitoring, all urban villages have applied health protocols including wearing a mask, checking body temperature with a thermal gun, and washing hands.
During the monitoring, Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin urges the people to obey the government’s call including wearing a mask when leaving the house and to play an active role to help prevent COVID 19 in their neighborhood.
Habib Hadi also emphasized to put anyone coming from out of town in quarantine at high school SMKN 2. "Even though it is his brother, report it to the officers for quarantine," he said.
Related to the assistance being distributed, Habib Hadi explained that each package includes rice, instant noodles, sugar, or cooking oil. This assistance is for people economically affected by COVID 19. The recipients in five sub-districts reached 40,455 households with the detail is as follows: Mayangan Sub-district 11,174 households; Kanigaran 10,098 households; Kademangan 8058 KK; Wonoasih 6075 households, and Kedopok 5050 households.
"If one does not receive the assistance, then he/she might have received assistance from the central and provincial government. Or, for other problems, please file a report to a complaints portal provided at the urban village so we can make an evaluation and give the assistance in the next stage," explained the mayor.
The mayor estimates that 40,000 grocery packages will be given over three months, from May to June and July. "Is that enough? Absolutely not. But hopefully, it can ease the burden of the people. Hopefully, it will be useful for all. If someone says that the assistance took a long time, that's right because it takes time to prepare it," he added.
Habib Hadi also invited the people to pray so that COVID 19 would soon pass and the economy would recover. "Otherwise, we cannot deal with the outbreak," he said.
Meanwhile, Siti Kholifah, a resident of neighborhood RT 1 RW 2, expressed her gratitude for the assistance she received. "I am very happy to receive assistance from the mayor because we are very affected in fulfilling our daily needs," said the resident of the Triwung Kidul urban village.
"Thank God, this is very helpful and the package contains groceries we need most. The government has paid attention to the people," said Fi'is, a resident of Kanigaran Urban Village. (alfien_tr)
