RISMAN SOMANTRI RESMI JABAT KALAPAS PROBOLINGGO

MAYANGAN – Setelah dijabat Plt selama lima bulan, Lapas Kelas IIB Probolinggo akhirnya dijabat kepala baru, ialah Risman Somantri yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Lapas Terbuka IIB Nusa Kambangan. Seremonial serah terima jabatan dari Plt Mali Jumali kepada Risman Somantri berlangsung Kamis (11/6) di aula lapas setempat.

IMG 20200611 WA0062Sertijab dan pisah kenal tersebut juga dihadiri Wawali Mochammad Soufis Subri dan Kakanwil Kemenkumham Jawa Timur Krismono. Acara siang itu diawali penandatanganan berita acara kemudian penyerahan memori jabatan.

Mali Jumali yang menjabat sejak 18 Januari 2020 lalu menceritakan, selama lima bulan kegiatan rutin sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Katanya, saat ini lapas dihuni sebanyak 449 orang. Ia pun berterimakasih kepada forkopimda yang sudah membantu kegiatan di lapas.

Selama pandemi COVID 19, lanjut Mali Jumali, lapas sudah berupaya menerapkan protokol kesehatan seperti menyediakan tempat cuci tangan di depan pintu masuk lapas, thermo gun, pembuatan masker kain untuk masyarakat dan warga binaan hingga penghargaan kontestasi WBK (Wilayah Bebas Korupsi).

“Mudah-mudahan segera WBBM (Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani). Mudah-mudahan lapas Probolinggo lebih maju lagi. Di lapas ada 120 orang yang mendapat asimilasi, dan Alhamdulillah tidak ada permasalahan,” ujar Mali yang juga menjabat sebagai Kepala Rupbasan (Rumah Penyimpanan Benda Sitaan Negara) Probolinggo ini. 

IMG 20200611 WA0056Kalapas IIB Probolinggo Risman Somantri mengungkapkan kekagumannya terhadap program yang dilaksanakan Mali Jumali. “Bapak luar biasa. Semoga saya bisa melanjutkan program-program hebatnya yang insyaallah menjadi prioritas kami. Semua yang disampaikan sudah saya catat, semoga tidak terlalu lama apa yang diharapkan bisa terwujud. Mohon kehadiran saya diterima dan didukung,” ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Wawali Mochammad Soufis Subri juga mengapresiasi kerja Mali Jumali yang sudah lama dikenalnya. Selain rendah hati, kata Subri, Mali juga begitu cinta pada korpsnya.

Pada kesempatan itu, wawali menuturkan kondisi COVID 19 Kota Probolinggo yang tergolong terkendali dalam penanganannya. “Ini juga kerjasama semua pihak termasuk dari lapas. Saat ini juga sedang menuju new normal, yaitu menyandingkan protap COVID 19 dengan ekonomi dan pendidikan. Intinya disitu. Masker itu sudah wajib,” jelas Wawali Subri dalam sambutannya.

Hal tersebut diamini oleh Kakanwil Kemenkumham Jawa Timur Krismono. “Dalam mengendalikan COVID 19 memang dibutuhkan kerjasama seluruh pihak. Keterlibatan masyarakat diperlukan, jika tidak bersatu tidak akan mungkin. Protokol kesehatan harus diterapkan sesuai instruksi pemerintah,” terang mantan Rutan Kraksaan itu. (famydecta)

 


Risman Soemantri has finally been inaugurated as the head of Probolinggo City Class IIB Penitentiary after the position was vacant for the last 5 months. The ceremonial event of the inauguration was held at the hall of the penitentiary on Thursday (11/6).

 

It was attended by Probolinggo Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri and representative of East Java Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The event was started with signing minutes and handing over the position.

The acting head of the penitentiary for the last five months, Mali Jumali said that the routine agenda has been well implemented. He said the penitentiary has 449 inmates. He also thanks to the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum who makes good collaboration with the penitentiary.

During COVID-19 pandemic, he continued, the penitentiary has performed health protocols including providing washstand, thermal gun, encouraging the production of cloth masks for the people and inmates, and receiving an award of WBK (Corruption-Free Region) contestation.

“Hopefully, we soon get the qualification of Serving and Clean Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM). At the penitentiary, 120 inmates get assimilation program, and Alhamdulillah (Thank God) it all went well,” said Mali who is also the head of Probolinggo Storage for State Confiscated Objects (Rupbasan).

Probolinggo city Class IIB Penitentiary head, Risman Soemantri appreciates the programs implemented by Mali Jumali. “He is extraordinary. I hope I can continue his great programs that would be our next priority. I have noted all he said, and we hope to make it come true,” he said.

Meanwhile, Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri also appreciates the performance of Mali Jumali. He is humble and really loves his corps.

On that occasion, the vice mayor revealed the COVID-19 development in the city which is relatively under control. “This thanks to the collaboration of all sectors, including the penitentiary. And now, we are heading to the ‘new normal’ era, an effort to revive our economy and education by prioritizing strict health protocols. That’s the point. Wearing a mask is a must,” he said.

The statement was then agreed by the representative of East Java Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Krismono. “In controlling COVID-19, it needs collaboration of all sides. The involvement of people is highly required. Health protocols must be applied following the government’s instructions,” he said. (alfien_tr)
