SURABAYA – Innalillahi wa innailaihi rojiun. Kabar duka menyelimuti warga Kota Probolinggo. Wakil Wali Kota Probolinggo Mochammad Soufis Subri tutup usia pada hari Rabu (9/12), pukul 06.30, setelah dirawat selama 19 hari di RSUD dr Soetomo Surabaya karena COVID 19.
“Innalillahi wa inna ilaihirojiun, Bapak Wawali (Subri) meninggal dunia. Semoga amal ibadahnya diterima dan diampuni segala kesalahan dan husnul khotimah. Kabar duka ini saya dengar langsung dari Bapak Wali Kota,” ujar Kepala Dinas Kominfo Kota Probolinggo Aman Suryaman membenarkan informasi tersebut.
Wawali Subri kali pertama merasakan keluhan demam dan nafsu makan menurun pada 11 November lalu sepulang dari perjalanan dinas di Bandung. Kemudian 14 November mulai mengalami batuk, di tanggal 15 November badannya panas.
Atas inisiatifnya sendiri setelah berkonsultasi dengan Plt Direktur RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh, wawali kelahiran 30 April 1973 itu mendatangi RSUD dan menjalani serangkaian pemeriksaan. Tanggal 18 November hasil thorax clear, normal.
Kemudian pada 20 November, wawali mengeluhkan demam yang tak kunjung turun. Tindakan pemeriksaan pun dilakukan dengan swab antigen yang hasilnya positif COVID 19. Saat foto thorax ulang hasilnya pneumonia bilateral kemudian dirawat di RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh.
Dua hari kemudian, pada 22 November, Wawali Subri mengeluh sesak nafas setelah makan siang. Karena kondisinya, maka wawali dirujuk ke RSUD Dr Soetomo Surabaya. Saat tiba disana kondisi tarik nafasnya tinggi dengan saturasi oksigen cukup tinggi.
Aman Suryaman mengungkapkan, berdasarkan penjelasan tim medis RSUD Dr Soetomo beberapa waktu lalu, perjalanan infeksi yang dialami Wawali Subri begitu cepat. “Semua terapi sudah diberikan selama menjalani perawatan disana, pemasangan ventilator hingga ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) sesuai persetujuan keluarga,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu, saat dihubungi, Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin menjelaskan ia mendengar kabar tersebut dari Plt Direktur RSUD dr Abraar HS Kuddah lalu disampaikan ke pihak keluarga besar Wawali Subri.
“Jadi, saya dengar tadi pagi (Rabu pagi), Plt Direktur RSUD menginformasikan kalau wawali sudah menghadap Sang Khalik. Rencana pemakaman di Kebonsari Kulon, kami siapkan lokasi pemakamannya berkoordinasi dengan tiga pilar,” ujar Habib Hadi.
“Sekarang kami sedang menunggu proses dari Surabaya. Sesampainya di Kota Probolinggo sekitar pukul 10.30 kami akan memberikan penghormatan terakhir di kantor pemkot untuk dilakukan sholat jenazah dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Pukul 11.00 pemberangkatan ke makam keluarga besar di Kebonsari Kulon,” lanjut wali kota. (famydecta)

Probolinggo city residents are feeling great grief as Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri passed away on Wednesday (9/12), at 6:30 a.m., after being hospitalized for 19 days at dr. Soetomo General Hospital in Surabaya for COVID-19.
"Innalillahi wa inna ilaihirojiun, Vice Mayor Subri has passed away. May Allah forgive all his mistakes and accept his good deeds, granted with husnul khotimah (a good ending). I heard this sad news directly from the mayor,” said the Head of the Probolinggo City Communication and Information Agency, Aman Suryaman, confirming the information.
Wawali Subri had a fever on November 11th, after returning from an official trip to Bandung. On November 14th, he began to have coughs.
After having a consultation with the Acting Director of the Regional Hospital, dr. Mohamad Saleh, the vice mayor who was born on April 30, 1973, came to the hospital and underwent a series of screenings. On November 18th, the thorax screening was normal.
Then on November 20th, the fever was not going down. The examination was carried out with an antigen swab which was positive for COVID-19. The second thorax screening was showing bilateral pneumonia. Then he was hospitalized in dr. Mohamad Saleh Hospital.
Two days later, on November 22nd, Vice Mayor Subri complained of shortness of breath after lunch. He was then transferred to the dr. Soetomo Hospital in Surabaya. As he arrived there, he had a good oxygen saturation range.
Aman Suryaman revealed, based on the explanation by the medical team at dr. Soetomo Hospital, the course of infection experienced by Vice Mayor Subri was indeed fast. "All therapy has been given during the treatment, including installation of a ventilator to ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) following the approval of the family," he explained.
Meanwhile, Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin explained that he heard the news from the Acting Director of RSUD dr. Abraar HS Kuddah and then informed the family.
"So, I heard this morning (Wednesday morning), the Acting Director of the RSUD informed that the vice mayor had passed away. We plan the funeral in Kebonsari Kulon. We prepare the location for the burial in coordination with three pillars,” said Habib Hadi.
"Now we are waiting for the process from Surabaya. At 10.30, as the body arrives in the city, we will pay our last respects at the city hall for the funeral prayers by implementing health protocols. At 11.00 am, we will go to the cemetery of the family in Kebonsari Kulon,” continued the mayor. (alfien_tr)
