WALI KOTA HABIB HADI LUNCURKAN TIM URC COVID 19

KANIGARAN – Wali Kota Probolinggo Hadi Zainal Abidin meluncurkan tim Unit Reaksi Cepat (URC) COVID 19, Rabu (30//9), di depan kantor wali kota. Kepada tim URC, ia berpesan agar mengedepankan rasa kemanusiaan saat berhadapan dengan masyarakat.

“Jangan sampai tersulut emosi karena perkataan warga yang mendapat edukasi, terkena teguran atau kena razia. Saya harap petugas harus sabar karena mereka belum memahami apa yang kita lakukan. Mudah-mudahan niatan ini ada manfaat yang besar untuk masyarakat Kota Probolinggo,” pesan Habib Hadi kepada petugas, yang menjadi pembina apel pagi itu.

IMG 20200930 WA0026Tim URC COVID 19 terdiri dari anggota gabungan TNI, Polri, Satpol PP, Damkar, Dinas Perhubungan, Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) dan Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana). Pembentukan tim tersebut sesuai edaran nomor 440 tahun 2020 tentang pencegahan penyebaran COVID 19 di lingkungan pemerintah daerah.

“Peluncuran (tim URC) ini menandai bahwa pemerintah serius melakukan pencegahan dan penanganan COVID 19. Tim URC berbeda dengan patroli atau operasi rutin biasanya, tim inilah yang akan bergerak lebih cepat melengkapi penanganan pengaduan atau hal-hal insidentil di masyarakat,” kata Habib Hadi.

Masyarakat dapat melaporkan kejadian seperti kerumunan orang, banyak yang tidak menggunakan masker atau acara musik tak berizin dan melibatkan banyak orang dengan cara menghubungi call center 112.

IMG 20200930 WA0029“Dengan adanya tim ini, saya berharap masyarakat bisa lebih sadar akan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Mudah-mudahan ikhtiar ini membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat dan menjadikan kondisi Kota Probolinggo semakin terkendali dalam perkembangan kasus COVID 19. Selalu lakukan 3m, memakai masker, mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan menjaga jarak,” imbuh wali kota. 

Wali Kota Habib Hadi juga membeberkan, hasil operasi penegakan disiplin protokol kesehatan yang dimulai sejak 14 hingga 29 September mendapati 352 pelanggaran. Yang terjaring non yustisi sebanyak 302 orang dikenai sanksi sosial berupa membersihkan fasilitas umum, sedangkan penindakan yustisi sidang di tempat sebanyak 50 orang. Total denda bagi pelanggar protokol kesehatan sejak operasi yustisi diberlakukan mencapai Rp 2.350.000. 

Apel pagi itu juga ditandai pemakaian rompi bagi tim URC kemudian dilanjutkan pelepasan kendaraan operasional tim URC sekaligus pembagian masker pemberian Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Timur kepada masyarakat. Hadir dalam apel peluncuran tim URC COVID 19 Wawali Mochammad Soufis Subri, Dandim 0820 Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo, perwakilan Polres Probolinggo Kota serta kepala OPD terkait. (famydecta)

 


Probolinggo Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin officially launched the COVID-19 Rapid Response Unit (URC) team on Wednesday (30/9), in front of the city hall. To the URC team, he advised prioritizing humanity when dealing with the residents.

"Do not get emotional because of the response of the residents who received an education, were reprimanded, or were subject to raids. I hope the officers to be patient because they don't understand what we are doing. Hopefully, this intention will be of great benefit to the people of Probolinggo City,” said Habib Hadi to the officer, who was the supervisor of the roll call that morning.

The URC COVID 19 team consists of joint members of the TNI, Polri, Public OrderAgency Satpol PP, Firefighters, Transportation Agency, Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), and Disaster Response Unit (Tagana). The formation of the team is under Circular Letter number 440 of 2020 concerning the prevention of the spread of COVID 19 in local government.

"The launch (of the URC team) marks that the government is serious about preventing and handling COVID 19. The URC team is different from patrols or routine operations, this team will move more quickly to complete the handling of complaints or incidental matters in the community," said Habib Hadi.

People can report incidents such as crowds of people, who do not wear masks or music events without permission and involve large numbers of people by contacting the call center 112.

"With this team, I hope the public can be more aware of the application of health protocols. Hopefully, this initiative will bring benefits to the community and make the city in control of the development of the COVID 19 case. Always performing 3M, including wearing a mask, wash your hands with soap and keep your distance," added the mayor.

Mayor Habib Hadi also revealed that the results of the operation to enforce the discipline of health protocols which started from September 14 to 29 had found 352 violations. As many as 302 people were caught in the operations and were punished with social sanctions in the form of cleaning up public facilities, while the prosecutions for judicial proceedings at the venue were 50 people. The total fine for violators of health protocols has reached IDR 2,350,000.

The roll call was also marked with the URC team wearing the vests before being continued by releasing the operational vehicles of the URC team as well as distributing masks given by the Social Affairs Agency of East Java Province to the community. Also present at the launch of the URC COVID 19 team were Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri, Dandim 0820 Lt. Col. Inf Imam Wibowo, representatives of the Probolinggo City Police, and related working unit heads. (alfien_tr)
