MAYANGAN - Mewujudkan kondisi aman, tertib, dan antisipasi bencana alam menjadi salah satu program utama Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo saat ini. Tiga pilar yang terdiri dari unsur bhabinkamtibmas, bhabinsa serta aparatur pemerintahan diharapkan mampu bersinergi dan bekerja sama dalam meningkatkan komunikasi dan koordinasi untuk membahas bersama permasalahan yang ada khususnya di wilayah Kecamatan Mayangan.
Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, Apel Tiga Pilar digelar di Kantor Kecamatan Mayangan, Selasa (21/1). Apel ini diikuti Camat dan Lurah se-Kecamatan Mayangan, Kapolsek Mayangan, Danramil Mayangan, Linmas dan masing-masing 3 orang perwakilan kelurahan se-Kecamatan Mayangan.
Apel pun dilaksanakan dengan penuh semangat. Kepala Babhinkantibmas Kecamatan Mayangan, Gatot AS selaku komandan apel pagi itu menyuarakan yel-yelnya yang sudah tidak asing bagi aparatur Kecamatan Mayangan.
“Satu kata, satu tekad, satu tujuan, sukses,” teriak sang komandan apel dengan diikuti peserta apel.
Bertindak sebagai pemimpin apel, Sekretaris Daerah drg Ninik Ira Wibawati. Dalam sambutannya, Sekda Ninik memberikan semangat kepada peserta apel yang merupakan sebuah forum untuk meningkatkan wawasan tentang penyamaan fungsi dalam rangka meningkatkan pola pikir, pola sikap, pola tindak guna, perpaduan antara sinergitas aparat TNI, Polri dan aparat pemerintah.
Di sela sambutan, Sekda perempuan pertama ini juga berpesan kepada peserta apel untuk selalu waspada bencana. “Hujan lalu terang, kemudian hujan lagi. Kondisi ini membuat jentik-jentik nyamuk tumbuh. Mari kita gencarkan PSN (Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk),” ajaknya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Ninik juga mengajak peserta apel untuk melaksanakan kerja bakti, “Ayo kita bersama-sama dengan masyarakat kerja bakti untuk pembebasan sarang nyamuk,” ajaknya.
Ditemui usai apel, Camat Mayangan, Muhammad Abas menyatakan keinginannya kepada masyarakat untuk ikut berpartispasi menjaga lingkungan agar tetap kondusif. “Kami mengajak masyarakat untuk saling berkoordinasi, bersinergi dan berkolaborasi dalam rangka menciptakan suasana yang kondusif di Kota Probolinggo,” harapnya. Creating a safe, orderly condition and anticipating natural disasters is one of the main programs of the Probolinggo municipal administration. Three pillars involving bhabinkamtibmas (village public-order officers), babinsa (village supervisory non-commissioned officers), and the governmental apparatus are expected to have synergy and make collaboration in improving communication and coordination to discuss any problems, especially in Mayangan Sub-district.
A three-pillar roll call was held at the Mayangan Sub-district office on Tuesday (21/1) to meet the expectation. The head of Mayangan sub-district along with the head of urban villages in Mayangan area, Mayangan Chief of Subprecinct Police Unit (Kapolsek), Mayangan district military commander (danramil), community protection (linmas), and 3 representatives of each urban village in Mayangan sub-district participated in the roll call.
It was held with the spirits up as the head of Bhabinkamtibmas of Mayangan sub-district, Gatot AS who acted as the roll call commander shout out spirit words, the ones the participants have been familiar to.
“One word, one will, one purpose: Success!,” the commander shouts out, followed by all participants.
Regional Secretary drg Ninik Ira Wibawati who led the roll call gave a spirit to the participants to increase coordination in matching the function of each side to increase their mindset and attitude, a combined synergy among the Indonesia Army Forces (TNI), National Police (Polri), and governmental apparatus.
In her speech, the first-female regional secretary in the city’s history asked the participants to be alert to disaster possibilities. “Especially, in this rainy season which will affect the increasing number of mosquito larvae. Let us intensify anti-mosquito campaign (PSN),” she said.
On the occasion, Ninik also asked the participants to do community works. “Together with the people, let’s do community work to intensify anti-campaign mosquitos,” she asked.
Met after the roll call, the head of Mayangan Sub-district, Muhammad Abas stated his desire to ask the people participating in keeping the neighborhood conducive. “We ask the people to always make coordination, have synergy, and make collaboration to each other in creating a conducive situation in Probolinggo city,” he asked.
