MAYANGAN – Juru Bicara Satgas Penanggulangan Bencana Non Alam dan Percepatan Penanganan COVID 19 Kota Probolinggo, dr Abraar HS Kuddah merilis data pantauan Tim Kewaspadaan COVID 19. Per tanggal 23 Maret, jumlah ODR (Orang Dengan Resiko) 97 pasien, ODP (Orang Dalam Pemantauan) 22 pasien dan Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) tetap 1 pasien.
Satu PDP berasal dari Kecamatan Kanigaran, berusia 3,5 tahun dan sudah dirujuk ke RS Syaiful Anwar Malang. “Riwayat perjalanannya dari Surabaya. Orang tua pasien jelas statusnya sebagai ODR,” ujar Plt Direktur RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh Kota Probolinggo ini.
Menurut dokter spesialis bedah itu, gejala yang dialami pasien batuk, pilek, sesak nafas dan hasil laboratorium menunjukkan pneumonia. “Sampai saat ini belum terdeteksi atau belum terdiagnosis sebagai COVID 19,” sambungnya.
RSUD berpelat merah ini telah menyiapkan fasilitas untuk penanganan COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo. Di area IGD telah disiapkan tenda pemeriksaan PDP sebagai antisipasi membludaknya pasien. Tapi, tenda tersebut untuk pemeriksaan saja agar tidak dicampurkan dengan pasien lain.
Tenaga medis khusus penanganan COVID 19 sudah dibentuk terdiri dari beberapa staf perawat dan tenaga medis. “Semua dokter kita masukkan semua. Sifatnya komprehensif, dari berbagai disiplin ilmu masuk. Dua tenda yang kami sediakan bersekat, tapi ini bukan untuk perawatan ya,” tegas dr Abraar.
Di tengah perkembangan COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo, dr Abraar menegaskan beberapa hal kepada masyarakat. Yang pertama, tolong jangan segan atau jangan menutupi hal-hal yang sifatnya penting. Misalnya, apabila pernah kontak dengan pasien atau pernah ke daerah pandemi untuk memberi tahu petugas.
“Saya juga sudah membuat aturan di rumah sakit, maaf karena sedikit keras karena untuk kepentingan seluruh masyarakat Kota Probolinggo. Memeriksakan ke poli, jangan banyak pengantar. Kurangi kegiatan di luar rumah dari pada harus bersama-sama masuk ICU. Dan, kami berterimakasih ke jajaran Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo,” jelas dr Abraar lagi.
Sementara itu, dokter spesialis paru di RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh, dr Anung Sri Handayani menjabarkan tentang istilah dalam COVID 19 kepada para jurnalis yang hadir.
Katanya, ODR (Orang Dengan Resiko) adalah seseorang yang sehat dan tidak bergejala tetapi pernah berkunjung ke daerah terjangkit/punya kasus atau kontak dengan seseorang yang dicurgai. “Yang pasti ia tidak mempunyai gejala, orangnya sehat. Kontak ada dua, erat resiko rendah dan erat resiko tinggi. Erat resiko rendah apabila pernah bertemu atau berada di dalam satu ruangan. Resiko tinggi pernah kontak dengan seseorang terkonfirmasi positif pada kasus korona,” tutur dr Anung.
Sedangkan ODP adalah Orang Dalam Pemantauan adalah orang atau yang mempunyai salah satu gejala demam, sesak nafas, nyeri telan, batuk, pilek. Pasien disebut ODP jika memenuhi satu, dua atau tiga gejala dan resiko pernah berkunjung ke daerah, para medis yang merawat atau mempunyai keluarga positif COVID 19.
Jika disebut PDP, Pasien Dalam Pengawasan, mempunyai dua atau lebih gejala ditambah satu faktor resiko, ditunjang gejala, hasil lab dan thorax yang menunjukkan ke arah pnemoni. Untuk penjelasan pasien yang dinyatakan positif setelah terkonfirmasi, usai dilakukan swab tenggorokan dan PCR. (famydecta)
The spokesperson of Probolinggo city's COVID-19 Task Force, dr Abraar HS Kuddah released the data collected by Probolinggo city’s COVID-19 Team. By March 23rd, 2020, the number of People on Risk of COVID-19 has been recorded 97 patients, 22 People under Surveillance (ODP), and 1 Patient under Surveillance (PDP).
One PDP is from Kanigaran Sub-district, a 3.5 years old boy, and has been transferred to referral hospital Syaiful Anwar, Malang. “He, with his parents, was from Surabaya which is an infected region (red zone). The parents’ status is now People on Risk (ODR),” the Acting Director of local hospital RSUD dr Moh Saleh said.
According to the surgery specialist, the boy has shown symptoms of cough, flu, out of breath, and the laboratory test has also shown the boy diagnosed with pneumonia. “But, he is not yet tested positive for coronavirus,” he added.
The hospital has prepared a facility for handling COVID-19 in the city. In the emergency unit, tents for checking the patient have been prepared to anticipate the huge number of the patient. Yet, the tents are only for checking the condition of the patient, to isolate them from other patients.
Special medical staff for COVID-19 has also been formed involving nurses and other medical staff. “All doctors are included. It’s comprehensive, of all specialists. Two tents with a border have been set, but they are not for the treatment facility,” dr Abraar said.
Amid the spread of COVID-19 in Probolinggo city, dr Abraar stated a few things to the people. First, people must be transparent on telling about their health condition to the medical staff. They must be honest whether they have made contact with the COVID-19 patient or even they have traveled to infected regions.
“I have also made a rule at the hospital, a strict rule for the sake of all people in the city. People are not allowed to bring many people when having a routine examination of the clinics of the hospital. Stay at home is much better then you have to stay in the emergency unit. And, we’d like to thanks the officials of Probolinggo municipal administration,” he said.
Meanwhile, a pulmonary specialist in the hospital, dr Anung Sri Handayani explained the terms related to COVID-19 to the journalists.
She said People on Risk (ODR) are they who are healthy and have no symptoms but have traveled to infected regions or made close contact with someone suspected to have COVID-19. “They, for sure, have no symptoms and are in good health. There are two types of contact, low-risk contact, and high-risk contact. Low-risk contact means they have met or been in a room with the COVID-19 suspect. Meanwhile, high-risk contact means they have close contact with someone tested positive for COVID-19,” dr Anung said.
ODP or People under Surveillance are people who have one or more symptoms of fever, out of breath, sore throat, cough, or influenza. The patient can be called ODP if they have one of them, have traveled to infected regions, medical staff who take care of the COVID-19 patient, and people whose family confirmed positive for COVID-19.
PDP or Patient under Surveillance has two symptoms, with one risk factor, and supported with laboratory and thorax test showing pneumonia diagnosis. The patient would be confirmed positive for COVID-19 after having throat swab tests and PCR. (alfien_tr)
