KANIGARAN – Sensus Penduduk (SP) 2020 secara online telah dimulai sejak 15 Februari dan berlangsung hingga 31 Maret nanti. “Saya sudah mengisi sensus penduduk online, bagaimana dengan anda? Ayo sukseskan sensus penduduk 2020,” seru Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin, Selasa (18/2) pagi.
Ya, bersama Wawali Mochammad Soufis Subri, Dandim 0820 Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo dan Ketua Pengadilan Negri Sudarmanto telah mengisi sensus online di Ruang Transit Wali Kota Probolinggo. Langkah ini sebagai pengingat masyarakat akan pentingnya peran aktif dalam sensus penduduk yang dilaksanakan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS).
Menurut Wali Kota Habib Hadi, caranya begitu mudah dengan klik link https://sensus.bps.go.id melalui smartphone atau laptop dan pc. Dengan adanya pengisian sensus secara online, wali kota ingin tahu sejauh mana kesadaran masyarakat khususnya di Kota Probolinggo di zaman teknologi berkembang.
Sensus online ini baru pertama, Habib Hadi berharap tidak ada kesalahan data dan kealpaan petugas di lapangan. Untuk itu inilah kesempatan masyarakat ambil bagian secara langsung dalan SP 2020.
“Masyarakat jangan online hanya untuk hal-hal lainnya, ini ada sensus penduduk online, manfaatkan. Karena sebenarnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk pemahaman IT sangat luar biasa. Jangan hanya memanfaatkan teknologi hal yang tidak bermanfaat. Lakukan program sesuai rencana smart city. Jadikan Kota Probolinggo menjadi wilayah melek IT,” tegas Habib Hadi.
Orang nomor satu di Kota Probolinggo ini pun berharap, masyarakat memiliki budaya tertib administrasi, sadar akan hak-haknya sebagai warga Negara. Jika ada yang melahirkan segera urus akte kelahiran, jika menikah segera catatkan pada Negara, jika ada kematian segera laporkan.
Wali kota memerintahkan seluruh pegawai di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo untuk ikut mengisi SP online. Kepala OPD pun diminta memantau dan memastikan pegawai di kantornya telah mengisi SP online. “Sekali lagi saya ingatkan, respons rate SP online yang tinggi bisa menjadi indikator melek IT sebuah wilayah. Kota Probolinggo harus menjadi wilayah yang melek IT,” imbuh Habib Hadi.
Kepala BPS Kota Probolinggo Adenan mengungkapkan, tujuan SP2020 untuk menyediakan data jumlah komposisi distribusi dan karakteristik penduduk menurut de facto dan de yure. Sekaligus menyediakan karakteristik penduduk untuk menentukan proyeksi penduduk, dengan begitu bisa membuat perencanaan.
SP2020 dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, tahap pertama 22 pertanyaan dasar meliputi nama, alamat, pekerjaan, pendidikan dan perumahan. Sedangkan tahap kedua di tahun 2021, melakukan pendekatan sample dengan 82 pertanyaan lebih detail.
“Memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi ada perubahan mendasar dari SP sebelumnya, bahwa 2020 ini metode kombinasi menggunakan dukcapil sebagai dasar. Faktor partisipasi masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan dengan memberikan jawaban yang jujur dan benar,” ucap Adenan.
Selain metode sensus online yang berakhir di 31 Maret 2020, metode sensus penduduk dengan wawancara akan berlangsung pada 1 sampai 31 Juli mendatang. (famydecta)
Online population census 2020 has been started from 15 February to 31 March. “I have done filling in the online form, what about you? Let us succeed the 2020 population census,” Probolinggo Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin said on Tuesday (18/2).
The mayor has fulfilled his obligation, filling in the online form along with Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri, District Commander 0820 Imam Wibowo, and the head of Probolinggo city District Court, Sudarmanto, at the transit room of the mayor. This is a move made to remind the people of the importance of filling in the online form of population census by Statistics Indonesia (BPS).
Mayor Habib Hadi said people only need to click a link https://sensus.bps.go.id through a smartphone, laptop, or personal computer. By having the online census, the mayor would like to find out the people’s awareness of using technology, especially in Probolinggo city.
This is the first-time online census, Habib Hadi hopes there would be no data error. Therefore, this is the opportunity for the people to take part in the 2020 census online.
“Don’t just go online for nothing, use it for filling in the online census, because the people actually have great awareness in information technology. Please, support the program of the smart city. Make the city aware of technology,” Habib Hadi said.
He also hopes people to be order in administrative affairs, and aware of their rights as citizens. He orders all employees in Probolinggo municipal administration to fill in the online census. The head of each working unit is expected to monitor and make sure that the staff has filled in the census. “I remind you all, the response of a high rate of this census can be the indicator of people’s awareness in IT,” he added.
The head of Probolinggo city’s BPS, Adenan stated the goal of the 2020 online census is to provide data of distribution composition and population characteristics according to facto and de jure. And to provide population characteristics to determine population projection, to make the right plan for the nation.
The census would be carried out in two phases. The first phase involves 22 basic questions including name, address, occupation, education, and settlement. The second one would be carried out in 2021, using sample approach with more detailed 82 questions.
“Utilizing technology means there would be basic changes than the previous census. The current census uses the data from the Population and Civil Registration Agency as the basis. The factor of people's participation is highly required by giving an accurate answer in filling in the form,” Adenan said.
Apart from the online census which ends on 31 March 2020, another census using the interview method will be carried out from 1 to 31 July 2020. (alfien_tr)
