HABIB HADI BERHARAP BANTUAN DAPAT RINGANKAN BEBAN WARGA

MAYANGAN - Wali Kota Probolinggo Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin bersama Wakil Wali (Wawali) Mochammad Soufis Subri membagikan set wastafel, alat semprot disinfektan, hand sanitizer dan sabun cuci tangan (handwash) untuk RT/RW se-Kelurahan Mayangan sekaligus paket sembako bagi masyarakat, pada RT/RW se Kelurahan Mayangan, Jumat (8/5) sore.

Pada kesempatan itu, Lurah Mayangan Roby Bustami melaporkan, kegiatan yang dilakukan di Kampung Benteng itu untuk melaksanakan percepatan penanganan covid-19, sehingga dampak yang ditimbulkan bisa terkurangi atau hilang.

"Tujuannya tak lain untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran covid-19 sekaligus untuk meningkatkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat masyarakat di Kelurahan Mayangan," katanya.

Ia menambahkan, bantuan sembako sebanyak 2.195 paket itu diberikan kepada masyarakat yang tak tercover bantuan, baik dari tingkat pusat maupun provinsi, yang didistribusikan secara bertahap selama 3 hari kedepan.

"Terhitung mulai hari ini (Jumat, red) sampai hari Minggu (10/5). Kloter pertama jam 8 pagi, dan siang jam dua belas. Alhamdulillah (pembagian paket sembako hari ini) sudah selesai," katanya.

Bantuan itu serahkan secara simbolis oleh Wali Kota  Habib Hadi didampingi Ketua DPRD Abdul Mujib, Sekda Kota drg Ninik Ira Wibawati dan Dandim 0820 Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo kepada pihak perwakilan RT/RW dan kelompok masyarakat yang berjumlah 50 orang.

Pada kesempatan tersebut juga diserahkan masker sebagai pelindung diri di tengah pandemi virus corona.

“Melalui pembagian bantuan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi penyebaran virus corona sekaligus membantu masyarakat di tengah pandemi wabah yang berdampak pada sektor perekonomian, sehingga harapannya dapat meringankan biaya penghidupan,” harapnya.

Wali kota menambahkan, pembagian sembako itu akan berlangsung selama 3 bulan ke depan. Dimana pada tahap pertama kali ini, pihaknya membagikan sembako berupa beras, mie instan dan gula atau minyak goreng.

"Paket sembako ini untuk seluruh warga kota. Pemkot menyediakan empat puluh ribu paket lebih untuk yang membutuhkan. Mekanisme pendataannya dilakukan oleh RT/RW setempat. Jika ada yang kesalahan data seperti tidak  mendapat bantuan dari pusat atau provinsi, silakan datang melapor!," tegas Habib Hadi.

Hadir dalam kegiatan yang sore itu antara lain Inspektur Tartib Gunawan, Kepala Dinsos P3A Zainullah, Kepala Bappeda Litbang Rey Suwigtyo dan Camat Mayangan Muhammad Abas. (Sonea)

Probolinggo Mayor Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin and Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri distributed washstand sets, disinfectant spray kits, hand sanitizers, and handwash for neighborhood organizations RT / RW in Mayangan urban village. Besides, staple food packages for the people at RT / RW RW in Mayangan urban village were also distributed on Friday (8/5).

The head of Mayangan urban village Roby Bustami reported that the activities carried out in Benteng Village were to carry out the acceleration of COVID-19 handling so that the impact could be reduced.

"The goal is none other than to break the chain of COVID-19 spread as well as to improve the clean and healthy lifestyle of the people in Mayangan urban village," he said.

He added that 2,195 staple food packages were distributed to people who have not received any assistance, both from the central and provincial programs. The assistance will be distributed in stages over the next 3 days.

"It’s started from today (Friday, red) until Sunday (10/5). The first group is at 8 am, and noon. Thank God, it (distribution of groceries today) has been completed," he said.

The aid was handed over symbolically by Mayor Habib Hadi accompanied by DPRD Speaker Abdul Mujib, Regional Secretary drg Ninik Ira Wibawati, and Probolinggo Commander of Military District Lieutenant Colonel Inf Imam Wibowo to RT / RW representatives and community groups, 50 people in total.

On that occasion, the masks were also handed over as personal protection amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

"Through the distribution of the assistance, it is expected to reduce the spread of the coronavirus while helping the people amidst the pandemic which has affected the economic sector, so that it is expected to reduce the cost of living," he hopes.

The mayor added, the distribution of staple food will continue for the next 3 months. In the first stage, it was distributed in the form of rice, instant noodles, and sugar or cooking oil.

"The packages are for all city residents. The city administration provides forty thousand and more packages for those who need it. The data collection mechanism is carried out by the local RT / RW. If there are data errors such as not getting assistance from the central or provincial, please report to us!" Habib Hadi. (alfien_tr)
