KANIGARAN - Setelah sukses meraih juara II Tingkat Provinsi Jawa Timur, pada awal tahun 2020 lalu atas penilaian Kependudukan Keluarga Berencana dan Pengembangan Keluarga (KKBPK). Kampung KB Kelurahan Kademangan, Kecamatan Kademangan, Kota Probolinggo, Senin (24/8) menggelar Pelatihan Peningkatan Kader Kampung KB Percontohan Tingkat Kota.
Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari Babhinkantibmas-Babinsa di wilayah Kelurahan Kademangan, perwakilan pokja RW 1 hingga RW 7 se- Kelurahan Kademangan. Dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan COVID 19, pelatihan hanya mengundang 25 orang tiap-tiap perwakilan pokja. Sehingga pelatihan ini berlangsung dari tanggal 24 Agustus hingga 27 Agustus mendatang.
Bertempat di Ruang Pasundan Lantai 2 Bale Hinggil, acara yang digelar pukul 10 siang itu dibuka Wali Kota Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin didampingi Camat Kademangan Pujo Agung Satrio, Lurah Kademangan Bagus Prasetyo dan narasumber dari Dinas Kesehatan P2KB Senja Susanti.
Pada kesempatan itu, Lurah Kademangan Bagus Prasetyo melaporkan, salah satu bentuk komitmen dari Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo melalui lini kelurahan dalam membangun wilayah berdasarkan unsur pemberdayaan masyarakat.
“Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas segenap pengurus dan anggota kelompok kerja Kampung KB dalam rangka membangun sinergi, hubungan baik antara pemerintah kota dan Kampung KB sehingga mendapatkan output yang bermanfaat bagi kedua belah pihak,” paparnya.
Ia menambahkan sasaran penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman yang sama tentang implementasi tugas dan kewajiban Pokja Kampung KB di masyarakat.
Selanjutnya Wali Kota Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin membuka secara resmi acara itu, mengatakan program pembentukan Kampung KB berupaya memberdayakan dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk memperoleh pelayanan program KB, sebagai upaya mewujudkan keluarga sejahtera yang berkualitas.
“Dan Kampung KB ini sangat luar biasa menjadi kebanggaan Kota Probolinggo, walaupun berada di pinggiran, yang mana selama ini dipandang sebelah mata, SDM rendah, tetapi terbukti kita mendapatkan juara 2 tingkat provinsi (awal tahun 2020),” ungkapnya disambut tepuk tangan riuh peserta dan tamu undangan.
Masih menurut Habib Hadi, agar Kampung KB ini terus berjalan seirama dan bersinergi dengan program pemerintah kota, ia berharap Kampung KB dapat memotivasi daerah-daerah lainnya untuk bisa meniru. “Karena meniru lebih baik, daripada meniru yang tidak baik. Hebat! Pertahankan! Dan saya mempercayakan ke depan terus bisa memotivasi daerah-daerah lainnya. Jangan terlena dan berdiam diri, semua yang terlibat teruslah berinovasi,” ujarnya diikuti kata paham para peserta.
Hal senada juga diutarakan oleh Camat Kademangan Pujo Agung Satrio mengatakan, dibutuhkan keseriusan, ketekunan, keikhlasan, kekompakan, kebersamaan mewujudkan Kampung KB yang tangguh di wilayah Kota Probolinggo. “Usaha tidak mengkhianati hasil, selama ini teman-teman bekerja keras ada hasilnya. Acara ini digelar untuk memotivasi, menyemangati dan memberikan apresiasi pada teman-teman atas prestasi juara 2 tingkat provinsi,” jelas Pujo.
Masih menurut pria berkacamata alumni STPDN itu, mengacu keterbatasan kondisi pandemi COVID 19, Kampung KB selaras dengan kampung tematik dengan program Kecamatan yang memiliki tag line Kademangan BANGKIT (Bersih, Aman, Nyaman, Gotong royong, Kerja Keras, Inovatif dan Tetib) berusaha menjawab solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi kurang lebih 3 bulan.
“Potensi untuk bertambahnya anak tinggi diperkirakan terdapat 6.000 kasus kelahiran selama 3 bulan terakhir pandemi COVID 19. Mudah-mudahan ke depan ada pelatihan dengan menggunakan sarana teknologi dan informasi untuk para kader KB agar mereka dapat menyampaikan pesan-pesan sosial pada masyarakat. Tentunya tetap menggunakan protokol kesehatan,” harapnya. (dewi)
After being awarded the second-best in the East Java Province over the assessment of Population of Family Planning and Family Development (KKBPK), Family Planning village (Kampung KB) of Kademangan urban village, Kademangan sub-district, Probolinggo City, on Monday (24/8) held a Training to improve the skill of the cadres as a pilot project of Kampung KB at the city level.
The participants of the training consist of Babhinkantibmas-Babinsa in the region of Kademangan sub-district, representatives of the community unit RW 1 - RW 7 in Kademangan urban village. By applying the health protocol of COVID-19, the training invited only 25 people from each representative of the working group. It took place from 24 August to 27 August.
Located in Pasundan Floor 2, Bale Hinggil, the event held at 10 am was officially opened by Mayor Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin accompanied by the head of Kademangan sub-district Pujo Agung Satrio, head of Kademangan urban village Bagus Prasetyo and speakers from the Agency of Health Senja Susanti.
On that occasion, the Head of Kademangan urban village Bagus Prasetyo reported, one of the commitments of the city administration can be done through urban villages, developing the region based on the elements of community empowerment.
“The purpose of the event is to increase the capacity of all administrators and members of the working group Kampung KB to build synergy, a good relationship between the city administration and Kampung KB so that a good and mutual result for both parties can be obtained,” he said.
He added that the target of the event is to provide the same understanding of the implementation of the duties and obligations of the working Group of Kampung KB planning in the community.
Mayor Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin officially opened the event, said that the program the establishment of Kampung KB seeks to empower and provide convenience to the public to acquire the services of the family planning program, as an effort to realize a prosperous family with high-quality results.
“And this Kampung KB has been the pride of the city, despite its location in the suburban, underestimated, with low-quality of human resource, but it is proven that we are awarded the second-best in the provincial level,” he said, greeted with the applause of the participants and invitees.
According to Habib Hadi, Kampung KB needs to be a role model to other urban villages so that it can be in synergy with the program of the city government. “Because we should emulate the better one. Great! Keep it up! And I trust the village can motivate others. Do not be complacent and do nothing, all must continue to make innovations,” he said.
The same thing was also expressed by the head of Kademangan Subdistrict Pujo Agung Satrio. He said it takes the seriousness, diligence, sincerity, teamwork, togetherness to establish a tough Kampung KB in the region of Probolinggo City. “Hard works betray none, and it will be paid with a good result. The event was held to motivate, encourage, and give appreciation for the achievement,” said Pujo.
According to the man with glasses, referring to the restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kampung KB and Thematic village program would be in line with the sub-districts program that has a tag line Kademangan BANGKIT (Clean, Safe, Comfortable, Mutual Cooperation, Hard Work, Innovative and Order) trying to answer the solution to the problems that occurred approximately 3 months.
“The potential for the increasing number of baby birth is quite high, approximately reaching 6,000 during the last 3 months. Hopefully, in the future, there would be training using technology and information to the cadres of Family Planning so that they can deliver social messages to the public.
