KANIGARAN – Kota Probolinggo menjadi jujugan roadshow Mobile Combat Covid 19, Kamis (21/5) siang. Dengan Mobile Combat yang siap on call ini diharapkan bisa menjangkau masyarakat atau lokasi mereka yang membutuhkan tes swab baik secara mandiri atau mereka yang tergolong dalam pemantauan.
Bertempat di rumah dinas wali kota, kedatangan mobil yang berkeliling Jakarta-Surabaya tersebut disaksikan Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin, Wawali Mochammad Soufis Subri, Plt Direktur RSUD dr Mohammad Saleh dr Abraar HS Kuddah dan penanggung jawab laboratorium RSUD, dr Rasyid.
Mobile Combat milik PT Inti Dharma ini melayani swab mandiri dengan harga sekitar Rp 1.750.000 hingga Rp 2 juta. Estimasi harga tersebut sekaligus fasilitas pemeriksaan rapid test, foto thorax dan pemeriksaan darah lengkap.
“Kalau untuk ODP (Orang Dalam Pemantauan) , ada gejala atau tanpa gejala, Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo akan bantu mem-free-kan. Tetapi untuk ODP luar kota dibiayai oleh daerah masing-masing,” kata dr Abraar.
Plt Direktur RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh itu menjelaskan, Mobile Combat COVID 19 stand by di Surabaya. Bila dibutuhkan di Kota Probolinggo mereka akan datang kapanpun.
“Jadi alat ini kami datangkan tujuan awal untuk bisa mendeteksi secara cepat dan tepat sehingga masyarakat lebih cepat melakukan tracing dan terapi,” tutur dokter spesialis bedah itu.
Di dalam Mobile Combat COVID 19 ini terdapat 4 PCR dengan kapasitas bio safety level 3. Artinya, fungsi mobil ini sama dengan laboratorium safety level 3 seperti di RSUD. Fasilitasnya juga terdapat tekanan negatif dan alat swab serta petugas khusus.
“Ada tim di mobil ini. Jika dibutuhkan di Kota Probolinggo ada perawat medisnya dari kami yang membantu,” imbuh dr Abraar. Mobil ini tidak hanya untuk COVID 19 saja, bisa juga untuk tes HIV, MERS dan narkoba.
Salah satu sasaran yang bisa memanfaatkan tes swab di mobil ini adalah perusahaan, baik mengecek karyawan atau direksinya. Wilayah permukiman yang jauh dari jangkauan rumah sakit pun bisa terlayani sehingga mereka tidak perlu berduyun-duyun ke rumah sakit.
“45 menit hasilnya sudah keluar. Insyaallah lebih murah dari Surabaya. Tidak perlu jauh-jauh, tidak usah banyak waktu karena disana banyak antrean juga. Kami berupaya memberikan kemudahan dan layanan cepat dalam penanganan COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo,” jelas Wali Kota Habib Hadi. (famydecta)
Probolinggo city was one of destination of Mobile Combat Covid-19 roadshow as it arrived in the city on Thursday (21/5). With the on-call mobile combat, it is expected to reach people or locations who need to undergo swab tests both independently or for them who classified as People under Monitoring (ODP).
Arriving at the mayor’s official residence, the car traveling from Jakarta-Surabaya was welcomed by Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin, Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri, Acting Director of regional hospital RSUD dr Moh Saleh, dr Abraar HS Kuddah, and the hospital’s laboratory manager, Rasyid.
Mobile Combat belonging to PT Inti Dharma offers an independent swab-test services rating from IDR 1,750,000 – 2,000,000. Rapid test, thorax screening, and complete blood check are included in the package.
“For people under monitoring (ODP), with or without symptoms, the fees will be charged to the city administration. But, for ODP from other towns will be charged to their respective region,” dr Abraar said.
The Acting Director of RSUD dr Moh Saleh explained Mobile Combat COVID-19 stands by in Surabaya. It will be ready for on-call service if needed.
“We provide the facility to detect the COVID-19 spread so that the tracing process can be faster,” the surgeon said.
In the facility, 4 PCR test kits with the capacity of biosafety level 3 are provided. It means, it has the same function as the laboratory with safety level 3 at the hospital. The facility has swab test kits with special officers.
“A team is available in the car. If needed, our nurses are ready to help the screening process in the facility,” dr Abraar added. The car is not only for COVID-19 testing but also for HIV, MERS, and drug testing.
One of the targets who can use the facility is the company, both to test their employees or officials. It can also serve people in rural areas who would like to have a swab test without having to go to the hospital.
“In 45 minutes, we can have the result. It’s cheaper than in Surabaya. We don’t need to go to other cities. With this facility, we provide the people ease to deal with COVID-19 in Probolinggo city,” Mayor Habib Hadi said. (alfien_tr)
