KANIGARAN–Per Minggu (10/5) sore, pasien positif COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo bertambah 1 orang. Ini menambah daftar pasien yang semula 10 menjadi 11 orang, dengan 3 diantaranya sudah dinyatakan sembuh dan pulang. Pasien ke 11 statusnya sama seperti pasien 10, sama-sama tenaga kesehatan (nakes).
“Menjadi gambaran penyebaran COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo terus terjadi. Yang terpapar (terbaru) juga nakes, yaitu dokter. Kenapa ini diumumkan secara beruntun (kemarin dan hari ini) tidak sekaligus? Memang kami menunggu hasil lab yang dituju, yaitu Unair dan menunggu konfirm dari provinsi,” jelas Wakil Wali Kota Mochammad Soufis Subri, saat rilis secara video conference (vidcon), Minggu (10/5) petang didampingi Kapolresta AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya, Dandim 0820 Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo, Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati dan kepala OPD terkait.
Dibeberkan oleh Wawali Subri, nakes adalah benteng terakhir penyembuhan COVID 19. Dua orang nakes ini diduga terpapar saat membantu proses persalinan atau konsultasi dengan pasien. Sejak dites rapid dan swab, kedua nakes sudah menjalani isolasi dan tracing.
“Sekali lagi kami mengimbau seluruh masyarakat, seluruh pihak yang berhubungan dengan nakes untuk sampaikan keadaan dirinya secara terbuka dan jujur. Sehingga nakes dapat melakukan SOP (standar operasional prosedur) sesuai ketentuan. Pada saat menyatakan kondisi kita, pasti tenaga medis akan berhati-hati lagi,” jelasnya.
Akan tetapi, lanjut Subri, bila masyarakat tidak terbuka saat memeriksakan diri, maka akibatnya seperti dua hari terakhir. Nakes di Kota Probolinggo akhirnya harus terpapar COVID 19.
“Ada yang bilang kami kurang siap? Kami sudah lakukan semua sesuai SOP, koordinasi dengan seluruh jajaran samping bagaimana mencegah penyebaran ini. Kami sungguh-sungguh berharap masyarakat mematuhi instruksi, aturan, ketentuan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah pusat dan daerah,” imbuh wawali.
Menurut Subri, pemerintah cukup secure, berhati-hati dalam bertindak dan melakukan langkah-langkah agar rumah sakit dimana nakes itu berkegiatan tidak menjadi kluster baru. Tempat praktik di rumah sakit swasta sudah di-lockdown, nakes sudah menjalani isolasi dan tergolong OTG (Orang Tanpa Gejala).
Pemerintah pun berharap, masyarakat yang pernah berhubungan dengan dua nakes tersebut bisa menghubungi puskesmas terdekat. “Laporkan, mari saling bantu untuk memutus mata rantai COVID 19. Tidak usah takut, tidak usah ragu. Dan masyarakat tidak perlu ada kepanikan,” imbuh dia.
Saat vidcon yang juga live melalui akun facebook Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo itu disebutkan, dalam waktu dekat akan mengundang semua rumah sakit di Kota Probolinggo untuk menyosialisasikan standar baru yang dimiliki RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh. Semua RS harus menyesuaikan standar tersebut sesuai dengan kemampuan masing-masing.
Sementara itu, Dandim 0820 kembali mengingatkan kepada masyarakat untuk tetap disiplin. “Wajib pakai masker, jaga jarak, hindari kerumunan, rajin pembersihan seperti cuci tangan dan sebagainya,” tegas Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo.
“Mau lebaran, banyak masyarakat yang berbelanja. Jangan lupa kalau belanja, pakai maskernya. Sebelum menyentuh area wajah cuci tangan dulu atau pakai hand sanitizer, Insyaallah aman, sehat,” imbau Kapolres Probolinggo Kota AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya. (famydecta)
The number of patients positive for coronavirus in Probolinggo city has increased by one person as of Sunday (10/5), bringing the number of infections in the city to 11 people. Three of them have recovered and returned home. The latest confirmed case was a medical worker.
“It proves the spread of COVID-19 keeps going. The latest one was a doctor. The announcement was not published simultaneously since we were still waiting for the screening and confirmation from the provincial government,” Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri said at a press release via video conference on the COVID-19 update in the city, Sunday (10/5).
Subri explained, medical workers are the most counted ones for handling COVID-19. Two medical workers might have been infected as they helped a maternity process, or in a consultation meeting with the patient. Both have been undergoing isolation and tracing process soon after they had a rapid and swab test.
“I urge the people and all sides making contact with medical workers to tell their health condition and travel history honestly. This can ease the medical workers to apply the SOP,” he explained.
Otherwise, Subri continued, more medical workers will be infected with coronavirus.
“Some say we (government) are not ready. The truth is we have applied the SOP, make coordinated with all sides on how to stop the spread. We really hope the people to obey the instruction, regulation, and rules the central and regional government have issued,” he added.
Subri said the government is quite secure and careful in taking measures in preventing the hospital where the medical workers work to not be a new cluster. The clinic operational at the hospital has been temporarily shut down, and the medical workers have been isolated and classified as asymptomatic (OTG).
The government hopes people who have made close contact with both medical workers can call the closest community health center. “Report to us, let’s help each other to break the chain of the virus spread. Don’t be afraid, don’t hesitate. And, there is no need to panic,” he added.
At the video conference, the vice mayor said soon there will be a meeting inviting all hospitals in the city to discuss new standards made by regional hospital RSUD dr Moh. Saleh. All hospitals must apply the standard based on respective capability.
Meanwhile, the Commander of Military District Command 0820 reminds the people to be disciplined. “Wear a mask, do physical distancing, avoid any crowd, and adopt clean and healthy lifestyle behavior,” Lieutenant Colonel Imam Wibowo said.
“Ahead of Eid Al-Fitr, many people will spend their money for shopping. Don’t forget to wear a mask. Before entering a public facility, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, God willing, it’s safe, and all be healthy,” the Police Chief AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya said. (alfien_tr)
