KANIGARAN – Predikat nilai BB yang dimiliki Kota Probolinggo dalam implementasi SAKIP (Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah) tahun 2019 menarik perhatian Pemerintah Kota Madiun. Daerah berjuluk Kota Pendekar itu, menargetkan predikatnya naik dari B ke BB. Untuk itu, Wali Kota Madiun belajar terkait SAKIP ke Pemkot Probolinggo, Jumat (18/9).
Hal ini diutarakan Wali Kota Madiun Maidi, di Puri Manggala Bhakti saat memberikan sambutannya. Wali Kota Maidi tidak datang sendiri, ia bersama para pejabat jajarannya disambut baik oleh Wali Kota Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin, Wakil Wali Kota Mochammad Soufis Subri, Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati, para staf ahli, para asisten dan kepala OPD.
Wali Kota Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin berbahagia atas kunjungan Wali Kota Maidi beserta rombongannya. “Ini (kunjungan tim Madiun) dapat mempererat tali silaturahmi antara Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo dan Pemerintah Kota Madiun. Untuk bersama-sama memajukan daerah masing-masing, baik itu implementasi SAKIP dan penanganan COVID 19,” ujar Habib Hadi.
Ia berharap ilmu yang diperoleh dapat diimplementasikan di daerah masing-masing demi kemaslahatan masyarakat. “Mudah-mudahan tidak lama, kami bersama jajaran bertukar informasi ke Kota Madiun juga,” imbuhnya.
Dalam kunjungan itu, rombongan wali kota Madiun menyimak paparan SAKIP yang integrasi dari sistem perencanaan, sistem penganggaran dan sistem pelaporan kinerja, yang selaras dengan pelaksanaan sistem akuntabilitas keuangan.
Menurut Kepala Bagian Organisasi Setda Kota Probolinggo Prijo Djatmiko, implementasi SAKIP harus ada keselarasan dokumen-dokumen yang ada dalam penyempurnaan SAKIP diantaranya adalah visi misi wali kota Probolinggo, rencana strategis, Sosialisasi Implementasi Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perencanaan, Penganggaran, dan Pelaporan (SIMRAL), perjanjian kinerja, pengukuran kinerja, pengelolaan data kinerja, pelaporan kinerja, reviu dan evaluasi kinerja.
“Guna fokus mengejar predikat A pada SAKIP 2021 Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo akan memfokuskan pada pendidikan, kesehatan, kesejahteraan sosial, SDM aparatur, akuntabilitas kinerja dan pelayanan publik,” terang Prijo. (dewi)
The BB predicate of Performance Accountability System for Government Institutions (SAKIP) earned by Probolinggo city administration in 2019 has attracted the attention of the Madiun city administration. The city is now targeting to level the predicate up from B to BB. For this reason, Madiun Mayor visited Probolinggo city on Friday (18/9) to learn about SAKIP.
This was stated by Madiun Mayor, Maidi, at Puri Manggala Bhakti during his speech. Mayor Maidi was accompanied by his officials as they were welcomed by Mayor Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin, Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri, Regional Secretary drg Ninik Ira Wibawati, expert staffs, assistants and regional working unit heads.
Mayor Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin was pleased with the visit of Mayor Maidi and officials. "This (the Madiun team visit) can strengthen the relationship between Probolinggo and Madiun. To jointly advance our respective regions, both the implementation of SAKIP and the handling of COVID-19," said Habib Hadi.
He hopes that the knowledge gained can be implemented in their respective regions for the benefit of the community. "Hopefully not for long, we will soon exchange information to Madiun City as well," he added.
During the visit, the mayor's group of Madiun listened to SAKIP's presentation of the integration of the planning system, budgeting system, and performance reporting system, which is in line with the implementation of the financial accountability system.
According to the Head of the Organization Department of the Regional Secretariat Probolinggo city, Prijo Djatmiko, the implementation of SAKIP must be in harmony with the existing documents in the improvement of SAKIP, including the vision and mission of the mayor, strategic plans, Dissemination of the Implementation of Planning, Budgeting and Reporting Management Information System Applications (SIMRAL), performance agreement, performance measurement, performance data management, performance reporting, review, and performance evaluation.
"To get A predicate in SAKIP 2021, Probolinggo city administration will focus on education, health, social welfare, human resources, performance accountability, and public services," explained Prijo. (alfien_tr)
