PEMKOT PROBOLINGGO FASILITASI RAPID TEST BAGI SANTRI DAN CALON MAHASISWA

KANIGARAN – Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo kembali memfasilitasi warganya untuk melakukan rapid test. Setelah beberapa waktu lalu rapid test untuk ratusan santri, Senin (6/7) siang, sejumlah santri dan calon mahasiswa mengikuti rapid test di Rumah Dinas Wali Kota Probolinggo.

Rapid test itu dilaksanakan guna mendeteksi dini sekaligus memastikan santri datang kembali ke pondok dalam kondisi sehat. Selain santri, terpantau puluhan calon mahasiswa pun rela antre rapid test sebagai syarat mengikuti Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) yang berlangsung pada Selasa (7/7). Pemeriksaan Covid-19 diwajibkan untuk memastikan tidak ada peserta yang menunjukkan indikasi penularan COVID-19.

Mengenakan seragam kebesaran PNS warna khaky, Wali Kota Probolinggo Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin memantau pelaksanaan rapid test itu. Kepada sejumlah awak media, ia menerangkan, kebijakan itu merupakan salah satu bentuk respon atas laporan dan masukan dari masyarakat terkait wajib rapid test bagi santri yang akan kembali ke pondok dan peserta UTBK Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SBMPTN) 2020.

“Masukan dari masyarakat terkait adanya permintaan kelengkapan data sebagai salah satu syarat kembalinya ke pondok bagi santri, dan mengikuti tes di perguruan tinggi membuat kami bergerak cepat menindaklanjuti hal itu. Hari ini kami fasilitasi secara gratis, agar semuanya bisa ditampung,” terangnya.

Habib Hadi menambahkan, kuota yang disiapkan sekitar 75 alat rapid namun jumlah ini bisa bertambah. Mereka yang ikut rapid test cukup membawa persyaratan (Kartu Keluarga, red), KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk, red) dan untuk calon mahasiswa dilengkapi dengan kartu tanda peserta UTBK. “(Pelaksanaan rapid tes) Gratis, tanpa dipungut biaya,” tandasnya.

Pemkot sendiri, dalam hal ini Dinas Kesehatan P2KB, telah menyiapkan 6 orang tenaga kesehatan, ditambah 2 orang personil tambahan dari satpol PP guna mengawal jalannya pelaksanaan rapid test yang berlangsung siang tadi. 4 orang di meja registrasi dan 4 orang lainnya di salah satu ruangan di dalam rumah dinas yang disulap menjadi tempat tes dadakan.

Erick Febrianto, menjadi salah satu peserta yang cukup menarik perhatian Wali Kota Habib Hadi. Pasalnya, peserta disabilitas itu, ikut mengantre diantara puluhan peserta lainnya. Pria yang berdomisili di kawasan Kiai Mojo, Kelurahan Wiroborang Kecamatan Mayangan itu mengaku mendapat informasi terkait pelaksanaan rapid test yang dilaksanakan Pemkot, dari teman-temannya. Bahkan temannyapun turut mendampinginya mengikuti serangkaian tes.

Pria berusia 20 tahun itu menambahkan, ia makin bersemangat karena minatnya yang besar terhadap dunia pendidikan. Menurutnya, pendidikan sangat penting untuk masa depan meski ia sendiri mengaku belum pasti apakah nantinya ia akan berhasil atau tidak menjadi tenaga pendidik, seperti yang ia cita-citakan.

“(rencana mau ambil jurusan) Pendidikan luar biasa. Belajar saja dulu, hasilnya bagaimana, kita serahkan sama yang diatas. Saya sendiri sangat bersyukur, sangat terbantu dengan fasilitas yang diberikan Pemkot dengan adanya rapid test ini, ” katanya.

Setelah menunggu sekitar 15 menit kemudian, keluarlah hasil rapid test yang dinantikan. Perasaan lega dan gembira mereka terlihat saat meninggalkan area rumah dinas dengan membawa selembar surat keterangan bahwa hasil tes mereka menyatakan non reaktif. (Sonea)

Probolinggo city administration has again facilitated the people with a free rapid test for college and Islamic boarding school students at the mayor’s official residence, on Monday (6/7).

The rapid test was carried out for anticipation and to make sure that the students going back to school in good health. Apart from students, dozens of prospective students were taking a queue for a rapid test as a requirement for taking the Computer-Based Writing Examination (UTBK) which took place on Tuesday (7/7). The COVID-19 check is required to ensure that no participant shows any indication of COVID-19 transmission.

Probolinggo Mayor Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin observed the test as he stated to the press that this was a form of response to reports and aspirations from the people regarding the need of rapid test result for santri who would go back to school and UTBK participants for the 2020 State University Entrance Test (SBMPTN).

"The aspiration regarding requests for the rapid test as one of the conditions for returning to the boarding school for students, and taking the test at college made us move quickly to follow up on this matter. Today we give it for free so that everything can be accommodated,” he explained.

Habib Hadi added, the quota prepared is around 75 rapid test kits, but this number could increase. Those who take the rapid test only need to bring the requirements (Family Card, red), KTP (Identity Card, red) and for prospective students, it must be completed with a UTBK participant card. Health Agency has prepared 6 medical workers, 2 additional personnel of the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) to oversee the implementation of the rapid test which took place this afternoon. 4 people at the registration desk and 4 other people in one of the rooms in the official residence that was transformed into a test site.

Erick Febrianto became one of the participants who quite attracted the attention of Mayor Habib Hadi. The reason is, the participants with disabilities, joined the queue among dozens of other participants. The man who lives in the Kiai Mojo area, Wiroborang urban village, Mayangan sub-district admitted that he received information regarding the implementation of the rapid test conducted by the city administration, from friends. Even his friends also accompanied him to take the test.

The 20-year-old man added that he was getting excited because of his great interest in education. According to him, education is very important for the future even though he himself admitted that he was not sure whether he would succeed in becoming a teacher, as he dreamed of.

"(I’m going to take) Special education major. What we need to do is to study more. I am very grateful, greatly helped by the facilities provided by the city administration with this rapid test," he said.

After waiting for about 15 minutes, the result came out. They felt relieved and happy when they left the area of the official residence with a certificate that stated their test results were non-reactive. (alfien_tr)
