KANIGARAN - Sejumlah calon mahasiswa nampak hadir di rumah dinas Wali Kota Probolinggo untuk mengikuti rapid test gratis, Selasa (14/7). Rapid test ini merupakan keempat kalinya digelar Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo sebagai antisipasi penyebaran virus corona yang saat ini masih menjadi pandemi. Surat keterangan sehat melalui rapid test memang menjadi salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi calon mahasiswa untuk mengikuti Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) di universitas yang menjadi tujuannya.
Sebanyak 100 buah alat rapid test telah disiapkan Dinas Kesehatan, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (P2KB) Kota Probolinggo. Rapid test ini merupakan fasilitas yang diberikan pemerintah setempat secara gratis dengan ketentuan peserta merupakan calon mahasiswa asal Kota Probolinggo dengan melampirkan foto kopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), foto kopi Kartu Keluarga (KK) dan form pendaftaran universitas yang dituju.
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, terdapat lima orang tim tenaga kesehatan dari Dinas Kesehatan P2KB Kota Probolinggo sebagai panitia pemeriksa rapid test. Mereka menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) lengkap, seperti sarung tangan, masker, face shield hingga baju hazmat.
Ketua Koordinator rapid test, Hariyanto menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya tidak menemukan kendala berarti dan kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. “Alhamdulillah berjalan lancar dari pertama kami buka jam 9 tadi hingga saat ini. Rapid test ini bisa mengantisipasi dan mendeteksi dini kondisi peserta. Mudah-mudahan tidak ada satu pun calon mahasiswa yang reaktif, karena dilihat dari perkembangan kasus COVID 19, Kota Probolinggo grafiknya naik,” tuturnya.
Masih menurut Hariyanto, surat keterangan sehat yang dikeluarkan pemerintah melalui rapid test ini hanya berlaku selama tujuh hari. “Kami mengimbau kepada peserta, agar menggunakan surat keterangan sehat ini disesuaikan kebutuhan tanggalnya. Karena surat ini hanya berlaku tujuh hari sejak peserta melakukan rapid test. Selebihnya peserta melakukan rapid test kembali jika tanggalnya kadaluarsa,” ujarnya.
Wali Kota Probolinggo Hadi Zainal Abidin mengungkapkan pihaknya terus berupaya hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun. Menurutnya rapid test serupa akan terus dilaksanakan jika masyarakat masih memerlukan sebagai tindak lanjut kebutuhan berikutnya.
“Pemerintah harus terus memerhatikan apa yang menjadi harapan masyarakat, khususnya mahasiswa. Karena mereka (mahasiswa) ingin belajar dan tentunya tes ini menjadi syarat utama. Pemerintah harus hadir. Rapid tes ini kesekian kalinya ya, kita memberikan fasilitas ini agar kami bisa mengeluarkan surat keterangan sehat yang betul-betul bisa dipertanggungjawabkan,” ujar Habib Hadi.
Selama pelaksanaan rapid test, Habib Hadi pun tak segan berkomunikasi dengan sejumlah calon mahasiswa yang berada di dalam ruangan. “Kalau reaktif, gimana?,” tanya wali kota pada seorang calon peserta rapid test. Nampak peserta lainnya ikut tertawa dan menutup kertas ke dahinya tanda mereka takut dan gugup akan menjalani rapid test.
Tak hanya itu, Wali Kota Habib Hadi pun menghadang sejumlah peserta yang telah menjalani rapid test di pintu keluar. “Gimana hasilnya? Tidak reaktif kan. Lebih baik ketahuan sejak dini, daripada terpapar, terlambat mengetahuinya,” pungkasnya. (dewi)
A number of prospective students appeared at the Probolinggo mayor’s official residence to take a free rapid test, Tuesday (14/7). This rapid test is the fourth time that the city administration has held in anticipation of the spread of the coronavirus which is currently still a pandemic. A health certificate through a rapid test is indeed one of the requirements that must be met by prospective students to take a Computer-Based Writing Test (UTBK) at the university they have registered to.
A total of 100 rapid test kits have been prepared by the local Health Agency. This rapid test is a facility provided by the local government for free. It was provided for prospective students from the city by attaching a photocopy of their Identity Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), and the university registration form.
There were five teams of medical workers from the agency as the committee for the rapid test examiners. They use complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, face shields, and hazmat clothes.
The head of the rapid test coordinator, Hariyanto, explained that he did not find any significant obstacles and the activities could run well. "Alhamdulillah, it went well from the first time we opened at 9 o'clock, until now. This rapid test can anticipate and detect the participant's condition early. Hopefully, none of them show a reactive result, because the development of the COVID 19 cases in the city is quite increasing," he said.
According to Hariyanto, the health certificate issued by the government through this rapid test is only valid for seven days. "We appeal to the participants to use the certificate according to the date requirements because it is only valid for seven days after the participant undergoing the rapid test. They can have another rapid test if the date expires," he said.
Probolinggo Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin revealed that he continues to show the commitment in combating the pandemic. According to him, a similar rapid test will continue to be carried out if people still need it.
"The government must continue to pay attention to the expectations of the people, especially students. Because they (students) want to study and of course this test is the main requirement. The government must be there (for people). We have done several rapid tests. This was carried out to enable us to issue a health certificate that can really be accounted for," said Habib Hadi.
During the rapid test, Habib Hadi did not hesitate to have a conversation with a number of prospective students who were in the room. "What if the result comes to be reactive?" asked the mayor to a prospective student. The other participants laughed, covering their forehead with a paper showing that they were afraid and nervous about the result.
The mayor also met a number of students who had undergone a rapid test at the exit door. "How was the result? It’s non-reactive, isn’t it?. It is better to get early anticipation before it’s too late," he said. (alfien_tr)
