KADEMANGAN – Mendukung kebijakan pemerintah pusat dan provinsi, Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda) Kota Probolinggo sepakat untuk bersama-sama memutus rantai penyebaran COVID 19. Yakni, dengan melakukan sosialisasi/memberikan imbauan hingga menyiapkan pos pendataan pendatang di Terminal Bayuangga dan Stasiun Probolinggo.
Memantau langsung dua pos pendataan pendatang tersebut, Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin, Kapolres Probolinggo Kota AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya dan Dandim 0820 Probolinggo Letkol Inf Imam Wibowo mengecek pos di terminal dan stasiun, Senin (30/3) sore.
“Ini salah satu bentuk antisipasi, terminal tempat rawan warga Kota Probolinggo dan sekitarnya turun disini. Daerah ini harus ekstra pengawasan. Yang jelas, kami tim terpadu bersama Kodim dan Pemerintah Kota akan menambahkan anggota di dua tempat (terminal dan stasiun) karena warga kota/kabupaten banyak yang akan kembali ke daerah asal karena pekerjaan mereka tutup sehingga memilih untuk pulang kampung,” jelas Kapolres AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya.
Meski hanya bersifat imbauan, pihak kepolisian telah menindak tegas seorang pelaku usaha game online yang tetap membuka usahanya. “Pemilik kami bawa ke kantor, kami beri efek jera berupa surat pernyataan,” sambungnya.
Sementara itu, Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin mengatakan terminal menjadi tempat transit warga yang akan pulang kampung. “Pos ini untuk memilah penumpang bus yang baru tiba sehingga dapat terdeteksi dan mempersempit ruang gerak penyebaran virus dari wilayah zona merah,” katanya.
Saat turun dari bus, penumpang disemprot disinfektan oleh petugas kemudian suhu tubuhnya diukur menggunakan thermo gun. Sejak pukul 16.00 hingga pukul 17.00 petugas medis dari Puskesmas Ketapang yang bertugas disana menyatakan ada sekitar 10 orang yang suhu badan tergolong tinggi.
“Mandi dulu nanti dari rumah ya sebelum berkumpul bersama keluarga. Bersihkan diri dulu,” ujar Wali Kota Habib Hadi kepada salah seorang penumpang bersuhu badan panas, yang akan mudik ke Kecamatan Tiris, Kabupaten Probolinggo.
Wali kota telah memerintahkan RT dan RW, apabila ada warga baru datang dari daerah zona merah untuk segera melapor ke fasilitas kesehatan terdekat. “Kita harus lakukan upaya ekstra, pendeteksian dini. Kami bersama forkopimda akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin. Untuk isolasi mandiri kami mendukung menyiapkan tempatnya,” tutur Habib Hadi, disela pengecekan pos di terminal.
Usai di terminal, wali kota-dandim dan kapolresta bergeser ke Stasiun Probolinggo. Di dua tempat tersebut kapolres meminta petugas menyiapkan tempat untuk cuci tangan. Sejumlah masker pun diberikan kepada petugas pos dan penumpang. (famydecta)
The Probolinggo city’s Regional Leadership Coordination Forum Forkopimda has agreed to make collaboration in supporting the policy of the central and provincial governments to break the chain of COVID-19 spread.
Probolinggo Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin, Police Chief AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya, and Commander Imam Wibowo monitored the situation of the patrol checkpoint at bus and train station on Monday (30/3).
“This is an anticipative effort; the bus station is vulnerable to the COVID-19 spread, and therefore needs more supervision. The point is, we will assign two more officers in the stations because there would be more residents going back to Probolinggo city/regency since they have no income and choose to go back to their hometown,” Police Chief AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya said.
Besides, the police unit has decided to take legal actions against online-game doers who still open the business amid the appeal made by the government. “We will take the owner to the office, and make them sign a letter of statement not to open the business temporarily,” he added.
Meanwhile, Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin said the bus station will be a transit point for them who will go back to the hometown. “The checkpoint will sort the bus passengers coming from red-zone areas to detect and limit the virus spread,” he said.
When they got off the bus, the passengers will get sprayed with disinfectant before being checked with a thermal gun. From 4 pm - 5 pm, medical officers from Ketapang community health center (puskesmas) stated to find 10 people with high body temperature.
“You better get a shower before you gather with your family. Clean yourself up,” Mayor Habib Hadi told a passenger with a high body temperature who will be headed to Tiris Sub-district, Probolinggo regency.
The mayor has ordered neighborhood organizations RT and RW to immediately report to the closest health facility if there are any people coming from the red-zone areas. “We need to do extra efforts, early detection. We, along with Forkopimda will do the best. And, for independent isolation, we have already set the location for it,” Habib Hadi said.
After checking the bus station, they moved to the Probolinggo train station. In those two places, the police chief asked the station to provide a portable washstand. The officers and the passengers also received several masks during the monitoring. (alfien_tr)
