MAYANGAN – Senin (27/1), hari pertama Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar (SKD) CPNS Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo formasi tahun 2019 di Gedung Pertemuan Nelayan UPT Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Mayangan dimulai. Sesi I registrasi dilakukan pukul 09.00 – 09.30 WIB, sesi II registrasi dilakukan pukul 11.30 – 12.00 WIB, sesi III Registrasi dilakukan pukul 13.30 – 14.00 WIB dan sesi IV registrasi dilakukan pukul 15.30 – 16.00 WIB.
Sesi I sejumlah 150 orang yang terdaftar sebagai peserta SKD CPNS hari pertama, hanya 24 orang yang belum datang SKD. Menurut Kepala Bidang Formasi, Informasi dan Mutasi BKPSDM Ngatmari mekanisme proses peserta sebelum melaksanakan SKD.
Peserta terlebih dahulu datang ke meja registrasi untuk absensi dan mendapat PIN dari tim panselnas. Semua barang yang tidak diperbolehkan dibawa pada saat ujian seperti tas, buku dan catatan-catatan lainnya, kalkulator, telepon seluler, kamera, jam tangan, alat tulis, ikat pinggang, makanan minuman, senjata api atau senjata tajam.
Usai registrasi peserta menuju halaman belakang bertenda dan diperiksa petugas keamanan dari Polsek Mayangan. Halaman bertenda ini merupakan ruang isolasi untuk para peserta mendapatkan pengarahan mekanisme berupa pemutaran video dari Panselnas BKN Waru Sidoarjo sebelum akhirnya masuk ke dalam ruang ujian.
Lebih lanjut Ngatmari memaparkan peserta SKD CPNS hari pertama ini berasal dari sekitaran Kota Probolinggo. “Kebanyakan peserta yang mengikuti berasal dari Lumajang, Situbondo, Bondowoso, Pasuruan dan Kota Probolinggo sendiri,” jelasnya.
Pelaksanaan SKD menggunakan sistem CAT (Computer Assisted Test) adalah suatu metode seleksi dengan alat bantu komputer yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan standar minimal kompetensi dasar bagi pelamar CPNS. Sebanyak 100 soal dibagi dalam 3 kategori soal, terdiri dari Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan dengan ambang batas nilai atau passing grade 65 dengan jumlah soal 35, Tes Intelegensi Umum passing grade 80 dengan jumlah soal 30 dan Tes Karakteristik passing grade 126 dengan jumlah soal 35, dan waktu yang disediakan 90 menit setiap sesinya.
Masih menurut Ngatmari, dengan menggunakan CAT ini hasil SKD CPNS langsung keluar hari ini juga. “Langsung ditempel nanti di papan pengumuman, pintu keluar ruang ujian SKD sebelah selatan,” bebernya.
Setiap sesinya jika peserta terlambat datang hanya dua sampai 10 menit, masih diperbolehkan mengikuti SKD. Namun jika lebih dari itu dinyatakan gugur. Peserta diizinkan ke toilet pada saat SKD, namun tidak diberikan penambahan waktu selama SKD, sehingga dapat mengurangi waktu 90 menit yang diberikan Panselnas.
Disisi keamanan, pihak kepolisian dari Polsek Mayangan memeriksa peserta sebelum masuk halaman bertenda isolasi. Hal ini dilakukan guna menghindari temuan yang membahayakan sebelum pelaksanaan SKD berlangsung.
Babhinkamtibmas Kecamatan Mayangan Gatot AS menyebutkan tidak ditemukan barang-barang yang diduga membahayakan, hanya korek api saja itu pun hanya satu buah. “Hanya KTP dan kartu peserta saja yang diperbolehkan dibawa masuk ke dalam ruangan ujian. Kami hanya mendapatkan 1 buah korek api saja, kami amankan, nanti akan kami kembalikan setelah selesai ujian,” jelasnya.
Bagi pengantar peserta SKD CPNS diberikan ruangan khusus, yakni halaman bertenda di sisi selatan gedung pelaksanaan. Mereka dapat menunggu putra-putrinya secara santai, selama SKD berlangsung. (dewi)
Day one of the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) of Civil Servants Enrollment Test (CPNS) of Probolinggo municipal administration at the meeting hall of the fishermen, Technical Implementing Unit (UPT) Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Mayangan, has started. They need to come to the registration desk for filling the list of attendees and taking the password given by the committee. Bag, book, other notes, calculator, cellphone, camera, watch, belt, food and drink, firearms or any weapon are items prohibited to be carried out.
After completing the registration, they headed to the backyard to have a physical check done by the security officers. This is an isolation room for the participants to get a briefing, watching a video presented by the committee before going to the test room.
Moreover, Ngatmari said that the participants were coming from Probolinggo city and other areas. “Mostly they come from Lumajang, Situbondo, Bondowoso, Pasuruan, and Probolinggo city,” he said.
Basic Competence Selection (SKD) using Computer Assisted Test system is a selection method assisted by a computer to get the minimum standard of basic competence for CPNS. 100 questions are divided into 3 categories including the Nationalistic Viewpoint Test with the minimum passing grade 65 containing 35 questions; General Intelligence Test with the minimum passing grade 80 containing 30 questions, and Characteristic Test with the minimum passing grade 126 containing 35 questions. They have 90 minutes to complete the test.
According to Ngatmari, by using a CAT, the result of the test would directly be announced. “We will announce it on the board at the exit door, next to the test room, at the southern side,” he said.
In each session, those who were late to come to the test by a maximum of 10 minutes are still allowed to take the test and they are allowed to go to the toilet but have no extra time in these conditions.
On the security side, the Mayangan Police sub precinct carried out a physical check on the participants before going to the isolated backyard. This was done to avoid any dangerous items found before having the test.
The village public-order officers of Mayangan sub-district, Gatot AS stated that there is no item found alleged dangerous, except a lighter. “Only an id card and participant card allowed to be carried out to the room. We only secured a lighter, and we will return it after the test competed,” he said.
