KANIGARAN - Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo terus berupaya memaksimalkan penanganan COVID 19 di wilayahnya. Seperti yang terlihat Minggu (5/4), Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin menggelar rapat secara telekonferensi dengan sejumlah OPD dan instansi vertikal di Command Center.
"Kami harus mengambil langkah cepat untuk menindaklanjuti sesuai instruksi yang ada," tegas Habib Hadi, sapaan wali kota dalam rapat tersebut.
Sejak Jumat (3/4) hingga Sabtu (4/4), kebijakan dari pemerintah pusat soal COVID 19 terus tersampaikan ke pemerintah daerah. Mulai dari telekonferensi dengan Kemendagri, rapat relokasi anggaran hingga Permenkes nomor 9 tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dalam rangka percepatan penanganan COVID 19.
Sebelum ada instruksi, Pemkot Probolinggo telah meninjau sejumlah lokasi untuk tempat isolasi. Misalnya rusunawa, pelabuhan hingga kesiapan tenaga medis dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Artinya, pemerintah sudah menyiapkan sejumlah skema untuk isolasi tersebut.
Dalam rapat yang diikuti juga oleh Wawali Mochammad Soufis Subri, Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati dan Kepala Kemenag Mufi Imron serta para camat membahas rencana ruang isolasi, kesiapan tenaga kesehatan, larangan mudik dan upaya penanganan dampak virus korona dari berbagai lini.
Wali Kota Habib Hadi menyayangkan masih ada masyarakat yang tidak mematuhi instruksi pemerintah karena masih banyak masyarakat belum menyadari.
"Waktu, tenaga dan pikiran kita ini untuk masyarakat yang kita sayangi. Kita yang harus berani menyuarakan. Masyarakat harus memahami situasi ini. Pemerintah mengimbau warga luar kota untuk tidak mudik sambil menunggu semua usai. Selamatkan diri dengan diam di rumah, sampaikan kepada masyarakat," kata wali kota yang juga pengasuh pondok pesantren ini, dalam rapat siang itu. (famydecta)
Probolinggo municipal administration keeps increasing the effort to handle the COVID-19 outbreak in the region. As was seen on Sunday (5/4), Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin held a teleconference meeting with several working units and vertical institutions at the Command Center.
“We must take urgent measures to follow up what has been instructed,” Habib Hadi said.
The policy made by the central government to handle the COVID-19 outbreak has been introduced to the regional governments. It includes the teleconference with the Minister of Home Affairs, a meeting discussing budget reallocation, and the dissemination on Regulation of Health Minister No 9 of 2020 on Guideline of Large-scale Social Distancing in accelerating the effort of handling COVID-19.
Before the instruction being issued, Probolinggo municipal administration has observed several locations planned to be the site for isolation, including the low-cost apartment rusunawa, the port, and the readiness of the medical workers in doing their duty. It means the local government has set a scheme for isolation.
The meeting attended by Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis SUbri, Regional Secretary drg NInik Ira Wibawati, and the head of local Religious Affairs Ministry also discussed the isolation room, the readiness of medical workers, ‘mudik’ ban, and the effort in handling the impact of coronavirus to certain sectors.
Mayor Habib Hadi regrets to find out people disobeying the government’s instruction and turn not to be aware of this.
“Time, power, and our mind are all for the people we love. They must understand the situation. The government urges the people not to go back to the hometown (mudik) while waiting for the situation back to normal. Save yourself by staying at home,” the mayor said at the meeting. (alfien_tr)
