KANIGARAN – Sebagai salah satu agenda rutin, Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo kembali menggelar upacara rutin yang digelar tiap tanggal 17 setiap bulan. Kali ini, Senin (17/2), upacara digelar di Kantor Wali Kota Probolinggo dengan diikuti oleh sejumlah pegawai ASN hingga Pegawai Tidak Tetap.
Bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara, Wali Kota Probolinggo Hadi Zainal Abidin, dengan didampingi Wakil Wali Kota Mochammad Soufis Subri, anggota Forkompimda, serta pejabat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo.
Dalam amanatnya, Habib Hadi, sapaan akrab wali kota, menyampaikan beberapa hal kepada seluruh peserta upacara. Salah satunya terkait krisis air yang sempat melanda Kota Probolinggo dalam seminggu terakhir.
Sejak 8 Februari, Kota Probolinggo memang kesulitan mengonsumsi air bersih. Hal ini disebabkan terjadi kebocoran pipa PDAM di Sumber Air Ronggojalu, Kecamatan Tegalsiwalan, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Selama ini, pipa ini memang menjadi sumber utama pasokan air bagi warga Kota Probolinggo. Proses perbaikan bahkan membutuhkan waktu seminggu hingga akhirnya Minggu (17/8) kemarin, pasokan air bersih dari PDAM kembali lancar.
“Saya mengapresiasi dan mengucapkan beribu terima kasih atas kerjasama banyak pihak yang turut membantu atas musibah ini,” kata Habib Hadi.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Habib Hadi juga mengajak seluruh pegawai di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo untuk turut aktif mempromosikan kegiatan pemerintah setempat di media sosial dengan menjadi jurnalis internal bagi masing-masing Organisasi Pemerintah Daerah.
Menurut Habib Hadi, berita terkait kegiatan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo dapat diunggah di media sosial. Hal ini tentunya menjadi salah satu media edukasi bagi masyarakat yang dapat menangkal berita hoax yang beredar, disebar oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab.
“Terkait Hari Pers Nasional, kita bisa menjadi jurnalis internal di masing-masing satuan kerja kita. Tulis berita berdasarkan kegiatan yang sudah digelar. Upload beritanya ke media sosial masing-masing satker Bapak-Ibu. Suguhkan berita tentang hal-hal positif pemerintah kota. Tentunya kita dapat menangkis gempuran berita hoax yang beredar tanpa kita tahu kejelasannya, tanpa kita tahu asalnya karena disebar oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab,” tutur wali kota.
Selain itu, menindaklanjuti Instruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2014 Tentang Optimalisasi Pengumpulan Zakat di Kementerian atau Lembaga, Sekretariat Jenderal, Lembaga Negara, Sekretariat Jenderal Komisi Negara, Pemerintah Daerah, BUMN, BUMD Melalui Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas), Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo telah menerbitkan Perwali Nomor 237 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pengumpulan Zakat Profesi atau Zakat Pendapatan Bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Pegawai BUMD Di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo.
Atas dasar tersebut, Habib Hadi mengajak seluruh pegawai untuk menunaikan kewajibannya membayar zakat. “Syukuri apa yang kita punya, jangan sampai lupa menunaikan kewajiban membayar zakat. Karena apa yang kita lakukan ini disamping merupakan aturan resmi, juga menjalankan Rukun Islam ketiga,” tegas Habib Hadi. (alfien)
Probolinggo municipal administration has again held a flag ceremony, routinely held on date 17 of each month. The ceremony was held on Monday (17/2) at the Probolinggo Mayor’s office, participated in by the civil servants and temporary employees (PTT).
As the inspector was Probolinggo Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin, accompanied by Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri, the member of Regional Leadership Coordination Forum Forkopimda, and the government officials.
In the ceremony, the mayor, popularly known as Habib Hadi, conveyed some messages to the participants. One of which was related to the water crisis which has hit the city in the past week.
Since 8 February, Probolinggo city is suffering from clean water as the pipe belongs to the city’s state-owned tap water company PDAM, in Ronggojalu water source, Tegalsiwalan, Probolinggo regency, was broken. The pipe is the main source of water supply for Probolinggo city residents. The maintenance has been carried out in a whole week until Sunday (17/8), the supply of clean water has been back to normal.
“I appreciate and thank you for the cooperation of all sides who have helped to solve the crisis,” Habib Hadi said.
On this occasion, Habib Hadi also asks the employees in the municipal government to actively promote the local government’s activities, being internal journalists and upload the news of each working unit’s activities on social media.
The news on Probolinggo municipal administration’s activities, to Habib Hadi, can be uploaded to social media. This will be educative media to the people, stepping up to fight against the hoax.
“We all can be internal journalists for our working units. Make news on activities being held by the working units. Upload it to each social media. Give the people informative news on positive things the city has made. This way, we can fight against hoax spread by irresponsible people,” the mayor said.
Besides, following up Presidential Instruction No 3 of 2014 on Optimizing the Collection of Zakat in Ministries or Institutions, General Secretariat, State Institutions, General Secretariat of State Commissions, Regional Governments, BUMN, BUMD Through National Alms Agency (Baznas), Probolinggo municipal administration has issued a Mayoral Regulation No 237 of 2019 on Collection of Zakat on Profession/Income for Civil Servants and Regional State-owned Company BUMD’s employees in Probolinggo Municipal Administration.
Therefore, Habib Hadi asks all civil servants to fulfill the obligation to pay zakat. “Be grateful for what we have, and fulfill your obligation to pay zakat. What we are doing (to pay zakat) is fulfilling what has been ordered by the regulation, and also to fulfill the third pillar of Islam,” Habib Hadi said. (alfien_tr)
