KANIGARAN – Meminimalisir pertemuan antara Wali Kota Probolinggo Hadi Zainal Abidin dengan kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo, Selasa (24/3) siang, dilaksanakan telekonferensi di command center, kantor wali kota.
Didampingi Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Aman Suryaman, Wali Kota Habib Hadi berbincang jarak jauh dengan sejumlah OPD. Diantaranya, Kepala Dispopar Budi Krisyanto, Kabag Organisasi Prijo Djatmiko, Camat Wonoasih Deus Nawandi, Camat Kademangan Pujo Agung Satrio, Kepala BKPSDM Gogol Sudjarwo, Kabag Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Ghofur, Camat Kanigaran Agus Riyanto dan sejumlah pimpinan OPD lainnya.
“Saya ingin tahu, bagaimana perkembangannya di OPD masing-masing, pekerjaannya apa saja halangan dengan terbatasnya waktu ini,” jelas wali kota membuka telekonferensi.
Di salah satu OPD, ada pegawai yang baru pulang dari Surabaya dan mengisolasi diri di rumah. “Iya, lebih baik mengkarantina diri sendiri saja. Bila perlu beri surat tugas untuk melakukan pekerjaan dari rumah, dan tidak boleh keluar rumah,” respon Habib Hadi terkait laporan tersebut.
Kabag Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (PBJ) Ghofur melaporkan, pelaksanaan lelang tidak ada kendala. Namun Manajemen Konstruksi (MK) rumah sakit baru ada pembuktian, karena yang diundang kontraktornya berasal dari daerah zona merah, maka Bagian PBJ membuat surat terkait pembuktian lewat telekonferensi.
“Kami sudah bekerjasama dengan Dinas Kominfo, bahwa pembuktiannya lewat telekonferensi. Nanti pokja yang akan melakukan telekonferensi,” tutur Ghofur kepada wali kota.
“Lanjut terus khususnya rumah sakit. Hukumnya wajib pelaksanaan pembangunan rumah sakit baru di Kota Probolinggo,” tegas wali kota yang memakai batik berwarna hijau dan hitam itu.
Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan M Maskur, dalam koordinasi tersebut menyatakan Gubernur Jawa Timur telah mengeluarkan edaran untuk perpanjangan anak didik belajar di rumah. “Pengumuman Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo kan tidak menyebutkan tanggal masuknya, ya lanjut saja sampai ada pemberitahuan lagi,” jawab Habib Hadi disambut senyum para kepala OPD yang ikut dalam telekonferensi tersebut.
Kesulitan membeli hand sanitizer memang dialami oleh banyak masyarakat, wali kota pun menegaskan, sambil menunggu dari Dinas Kesehatan, semua OPD atau masyarakat dapat menyiapkan galon air isi ulang yang tidak terpakai untuk diisi air digunakan buat cuci tangan.
Di akhir telekonferensi siang itu, wali kota pun memberikan peringatan kepada kepala OPD. Katanya, koordinasi ini untuk mempermudah mengambil keputusan tanpa harus bertatap muka.
“Tapi ingat, saya tekankan, handphone jangan di-silent. Masih ada kepala OPD yang begitu dan baru satu jam telepon balik dengan berbagai alasan. Saya hanya ingin memantau kerja dan mempercepat koordinasi,” tegas Habib Hadi.
Sementara itu, terkait aplikasi telekonferensi, Kepala Diskominfo Aman Suryaman menjelaskan jika aplikasi ini jumlah joinnya mencapai 100 partisipan. Aplikasi ini bisa untuk meeting, persentasi, berbagi video atau file. Suara dan gambar yang dihasilkan pun sangat bagus meski partisipan di wilayah terjauh di Kota Probolinggo.
“Ya, intinya kami mensupport apa yang dibutuhkan agar koordinasi lebih nyaman dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat tetap bisa maksimal,” ujarnya. (famydecta)

Accompanied by the head of Communication and Information Technology, Aman Suryaman, Mayor Habib Hadi had a meeting with several working units through teleconference. The meetings involved the head of Youth, Sport, and Tourism Budi Krisyanto, the head of Organization Department Prijo Djatmiko, the head of Wonoasih sub-district Deus Nawandi, and other working units.
“I want to know, how the progress is in each working unit, what challenge do they have with the limited working hours we have applied,” the mayor said in the teleconference.
In one of the working units, there is an employee who just got back from Surabaya and now has been self-isolated. “Good. It’s better to do self-quarantine. If necessary, make an assignment letter for him to work from home,” the mayor responded to the report.
The head of Procurement of Goods and Services Department, Ghofur explained the auction sale can be held as usual. Yet, the construction management of the new hospital has difficulty since the contractor is from the infected region, and the process can only be done via teleconference.
“We make collaboration with the Agency of Communication and Information Technology (Diskominfo) to have a teleconference with the contractor,” Ghofur said to the mayor.
“Carry on, especially related to the hospital, we must continue the progress,” the mayor said.
The head of Education and Culture Agency, M Maskur said in the meeting that East Java Governor has issued a circulate letter to extend the period of the students to study at home. “We (Probolinggo municipal administration) don’t have to make a new announcement since at first, we don’t mention about when the school would be activated. We just need to continue to close the school while waiting for the situation to get better,” he said.
The scarcity of hand sanitizer has made the mayor urges the people to make a simple and portable washstand; and they can make it from a used galloon, use it to wash their hands.
At the end of the teleconference, the mayor has also reminded the head of working units that the teleconference was held to ease the coordination to make decisions without even need to meet each other directly.
“But, I remind you not to set your cell phone on silent. I found the head of a working unit who did that. Once I called, there was no response, before calling me an hour later. I just want to monitor the performance and to speed the coordination,” Habib Hadi said.
Meanwhile, related to the teleconference, the head of Diskominfo, Aman Suryaman explained the application has 100 participants capacity. The application can be used for meetings, presentations, sharing video and files. The voice and pictures are quite good and can be used well by the furthest participant away from Probolinggo city.
