KANIGARAN – Sebanyak 40 persen pasien konfirmasi positif COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo sudah dinyatakan sembuh. Kendati demikian masyarakat tetap diimbau tidak lengah dan tetap disiplin menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Pasalnya, saat ini perkembangan COVID 19 masih terus meningkat seiring hasil tracing pada pasien terkonfirmasi positif.
Seperti yang disampaikan Wawali Kota Probolinggo Mochammad Soufis Subri saat merilis update perkembangan COVID 19, melalui video conference (vidcon), Senin (6/7) petang. Rilis kala itu juga dihadiri Sekda drg Ninik Ira Wibawati dan Jubir Satgas Percepatan Penanganan COVID 19 dr Abraar HS Kudaah dengan partisipan sejumlah jurnalis.
“Tentu ini menjadi pelajaran bagi semua, bahwa pergerakan COVID semakin cepat. Artinya kewaspadaan yang dimiliki harus ditingkatkan dengan istilah new normal. Kami imbau masyarakat lebih disiplin protap COVID 19. Wajib memakai masker, tidak bepergian jika tidak dibutuhkan, physical dan social distancing tetap dilaksanakan,” jelas Wawali Subri.
Pemerintah mewacanakan merilis new normal, kata Wawali Subri, tetapi apabila kondisi riil di lapangan tidak memungkinkan, sesuai arahannya Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin, maka Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo akan mengambil tindakan lebih aman untuk menyelamatkan warganya.
“Kami sedang menyiapkan regulasi, masyarakat harus tetap aware. Jangan lengah,” tegas wawali dalam vidcon yang juga live dari akun media sosial Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo ini.
Ya, kekhawatiran akan lengahnya kedisiplinan masyarakat lantaran jumlah tambahan kasus konfirmasi positif sebanyak 31 orang. Tambahan ini akumulasi dari hasil pemeriksaan swab yang dilakukan sejak 24 Juni lalu dan baru keluar hasilnya hari ini (6/7).
31 pasien tersebut terdiri dari 8 orang tenaga kesehatan RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh; 3 orang tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Ketapang; 8 Orang Tanpa Gejala (OTG) dari klaster KTI; 11 OTG dari pasien konfirm lainnya dan 1 orang pasien pelaku perjalanan.
Pasien tersebar dari berbagai kelurahan seperti Kelurahan Jrebeng Wetan, Sukoharjo, Kedungasem, Mangunharjo, Kebonsari Kulon, Triwung Lor, Mangunharjo, Ketapang, Mayangan, Sukabumi, Jrebeng Lor, Jati, Pilang.
Dengan demikian, secara umum jumlah Orang Dalam Pemantauan (ODP) 394 orang, dalam pemantauan 27 orang dan selesai pemantauan 367 orang. Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) sebanyak 48 orang, PDP baru 2 orang, selesai pengawasan 34 orang, meninggal 5 orang dan masih dalam pengawasan 9 orang.
Sementara itu, pasien terkonfirmasi positif di Kota Probolinggo totalnya 103 orang. Konfirmasi baru 31 orang, dirawat di RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh 55 orang, dirawat di Surabaya 3 orang, sembuh 46 orang dan meninggal 3 orang.
Pasien konfirmasi positif dari luar kota ada 4 orang, berasal dari Kabupaten Probolinggo, Kabupaten Pasuruan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan Surabaya.
RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh hanya berkapasitas 40 kamar untuk pasien konfirmasi positif COVID 19. Karena yang dirawat melebihi kapasitas maka sebanyak 14 orang dirawat di save house yang sudah disiapkan dan diawasi ketat oleh dokter dan perawat.
“Kami, Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo-DPRD-TNI-Polri-Kejaksaan dan stakeholder lainnya bertugas sesuai tupoksi. Menyiapkan anggaran, regulasi dan mengawasi. Tugas masyarakat tetap disiplin agar tidak semakin berkembang banyak. Sehingga pemulihan ekonomi bisa segera dieksekusi. Tentunya kami juga berharap tenaga kesehatan tidak semakin banyak yang terpapar,” ungkap Wawali Subri sesaat sebelum mengakhiri vidcon tersebut. (famydecta)
As many as 40 percent of the patients with COVID-19 in Probolinggo city have recovered from the virus, the COVID-19 task-force team has confirmed. Yet, people must not be careless and must keep the discipline in applying health protocols, as the development of COVID-19 is still increasing as the result of tracing of the confirmed cases.
This was said by Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri when releasing the update of COVID-19 via a video conference on Monday (6/7). The video conference was also attended by Regional Secretary drg Ninik Ira Wibawati and the spokesperson of COVID-19 task-force team dr Abraar HS Kuddah with several journalists.
“This can be a lesson for us that the development of COVID-19 in the city is still increasing. We must increase awareness by running the new normal. We urge people to be more disciplined in applying health protocols. This includes wearing masks, not to travel unless for an emergency, and performing physical and social distancing,” vice mayor Subri said.
The government has a plan to release new normal, Subri said, but should it cannot be implemented, the city administration will take a more preventative measure to save the people.
“We are preparing for the regulation, people must be aware of it. Don’t be careless,” he said.
The concern about the carelessness of the people was rising due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases with 31 people having been confirmed positive for the virus. The increasing number was an accumulation of swab-test carried out from June 24th.
The 31 patients include 8 medical workers of regional hospital RSUD dr Mohammad Saleh; 3 medical workers of Ketapang community health center; 8 asymptomatic of KTI cluster, 11 asymptomatic from other confirmed patients, and another one was a traveler.
As such, the number of People under Monitoring (ODP) is 394 people, 27 under monitoring, and 367 others have completed monitoring. Patient under Supervision (PDP) has reached 48, including 2 new PDP, 34 have completed supervision, 5 died, and 9 under supervision.
Meanwhile, 103 people have been confirmed positive for the virus, 55 are treated at RSUD dr Mohammad Saleh, 3 in Surabaya, 46 have been declared recover from the virus, and 3 others died.
As RSUD dr Mohammad Saleh only has 40 rooms for COVID-19 patients, the other 14 patients are now being treated in a safe house prepared and supervised by the medical workers.
“We - Probolinggo city administration, DPRD, TNI, Polri, Prosecutors Office - and other stakeholders will do our duty. Preparing the budget, regulation, and to be responsible for supervision. What people need to do is to be disciplined in performing health protocols to stop the spread, so that economic recovery can be soon implemented. We also hope there will be no medical workers infected with COVID-19,” said Vice Mayor Subri before closing the video conference. (alfien_tr)
