KANIGARAN – Satuan Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID 19 Kota Probolinggo merilis perkembangan data COVID 19 melalui akun resmi Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo, Rabu (8/7) petang. Dalam rilis tersebut disampaikan, jumlah pasien terkonfirmasi positif COVID 19 semakin meningkat lantaran pemerintah setempat melakukan rapid test dan swab secara masif.
“Ini (rapid test dan swab) resiko. Tetapi, sesuai amanat Bapak Wali Kota (Hadi Zainal Abidin, Kota Probolinggo harus menunjukkan kondisi riil masyarakatnya,” ujar Wakil Satgas Percepatan Penanganan COVID 19, Mochammad Soufis Subri saat rilis.
Pada 8 Juli 2020, tambahan konfirmasi positif baru sebanyak 24 orang. Pasien baru berasal dari Kelurahan Jati (5); Kanigaran (4); Mayangan (4); Tisnonegaran (1); Jrebeng Wetan (1); Sukabumi (6); Wiroborang (1); Jrebeng Lor (1) dan Sumber Taman (1). Maka, hingga saat ini jumlah pasien positif COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo mencapai 130 orang.
Pasien yang saat ini dalam perawatan ada 81 orang. Di RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh 44 orang, sisanya di safe house yang diawasi ketat oleh tenaga kesehatan. Dirawat di Surabaya 3 orang, sembuh 46 orang dan meninggal 3 orang.
Secara umum jumlah ODP (Orang Dalam Pemantauan) 393 orang, masih dalam pemantauan 26 orang. Sedangkan Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) 48 orang, sedang dalam pengawasan 6 orang, meninggal 8 orang.
Menanggapi meningkatnya pasien terkonfirmasi positif di Kota Probolinggo, wakil satgas yang juga wakil wali kota itu menegaskan perlu kebersamaan, keseriusan dan ketegasan dari seluruh stakeholder. Tiga pilar yaitu pemerintah kota, TNI dan Polri, juga masyarakat harus menyadari bahwasanya saat ini secara faktual COVID di seluruh dunia, khususnya di Kota Probolinggo memang mengalami peningkatan secara drastis.
“New normal jangan diartikan semua selesai dan meremehkan. New normal adalah sebuah konsep, yang menyikapi bagaimana hidup ke depan dengan layak mengedepankan protap COVID 19. Sekarang banyak masyarakat sering kali meremehkan atau bahkan tidak percaya (adanya COVID),” tegas Subri.
New normal bukan berarti COVID 19 sudah selesai. Pemerintah setempat juga belum merilis perwali terkait new normal karena masih dilakukan pembahasan. Sebelum kebijakan new normal dirilis, maka Kota Probolinggo belum new normal.
“Perwali yang sedang digodok ini pelaksanaannya sesuai indikator yang diperkenankan. Kalau masyarakat belum siap, mohon maaf new normal tidak bisa rilis. Perwali ini untuk memayungi tindakan apa untuk masyarakat agar kekuatan hukumnya jelas. Sanksi yang diberikan nantinya tolong dimaknai secara positif,” beber Subri lagi.
Ia memohon kepada seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk ikut menjaga agar tidak seolah-olah beban ini ada di pundak pemerintah saja. Pemerintah selalu berdiskusi, membahas bagaimana percepatan penanganan COVID 19 dari berbagai sisi. “Tapi kami tetap semangat terus mengawal kebijakan Bapak Wali Kota untuk menyelamatkan warga Kota Probolinggo,” terang wawali dalam rilis secara video conference (vidcon) itu.
Ketika pemerintah sedang menyiapkan regulasinya, lanjut wawali, masyarakat diminta aware bahwa pada kenyataannya COVID 19 di Kota Probolinggo terus meningkat. Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo juga tidak akan putus asa menyampaikan pada masyarakat untuk melakukan hal-hal guna memutus mata rantai COVID 19.
Sementara itu, Jubir Satgas dr Abraar HS Kuddah mengungkapkan harapannya agar semakin hari kesadaran masyarakat Kota Probolinggo semakin baik. “Dengan berani melakukan pemeriksaan dan tracing. Makin banyak masyarakat yang sadar akan lebih membantu dalam mempercepat proses penyembuhan dan pembentukan antibodi,” tuturnya. Probolinggo city’s COVID-19 task-force team released an update of COVID-19 data on the official account of Probolinggo city administration on Wednesday (8/7). The number of the patient confirmed positive for coronavirus is rapidly increasing as the local government has carried out massive rapid and swab tests.
“That’s the risk. However, the city is showing the real condition of the people,” said the deputy of COVID-19 task-force team, Mochammad Soufis Subri.
As of July 8th, the number of patients confirmed positive has increased by 24. Those new cases are respectively from Jati (5), Kanigaran (4); Mayangan (4); Tisnonegaran (1); Jrebeng Wetan (1); Sukabumi (6); Wiroborang (1); Jrebeng Lor (1); and Sumber Taman urban village (1). As such, the number of confirmed cases has reached 130 people.
81 patients are under treatment, 44 at RSUD dr Mohammad Saleh and the others are at the safe house with tight supervision of medical workers. 3 patients are now treated in Surabaya, 46 patients had recovered, and 3 died.
The numbers of People under Monitoring (ODP) 393 people, 26 are still under monitoring. Meanwhile, Patient under Supervision (PDP) has reached 48, 6 under supervision, and 8 died.
Responding to the increasing number of confirmed cases in the city, Subri emphasized the importance of the togetherness of all stakeholders. Three pillars including government, TNI, Polri, along with the people must realize that COVID-19 has hit almost all countries in the world.
“New normal does not mean the pandemic has ended. It’s a concept of how we can live in a new normal life by prioritizing COVID-19 health protocols. Many have underestimated or even think that COVID-19 doesn’t exist,” Subri said.
The local government has not yet released a mayoral regulation on new normal because the discussion is still being held. Before the policy of the new normal being released, Probolinggo city cannot perform new normal.
“The regulation is still being discussed; it must be based on the indicators. If the people are not ready yet, we cannot release the new normal. The regulation will be a legal basis for the new normal. The sanctions given should be positively responded,” Subri said again.
He asks all social elements to help the government to understand the situation. The government always has discussions on how to accelerate COVID-19 handling from all sectors. “We got to keep the spirit up, to follow up the policy made by the mayor to save the people,” the vice mayor said in the video conference.
While the government is preparing the regulation, vice mayor continued, people need to be aware that COVID-19 in the city keeps increasing. The local government will not stop the efforts to educate the people on how to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the task-force team dr Abraar HS Kuddah hopes that people will be more aware of the situation. “By having an independent check and tracing. The more people aware, the quicker it helps the recovery and antibody production,” he said.
